I tried thinking up a cool idea for a setting where there’s some phenomenon that turns people into metal zombies like the metal virus in sonic comics.

but it’s like a more solid version where it mostly overtakes your skin in like large metal plates. However I got obsessed with the inner workings of it and now it’s more like “metal grows on you like mold” or something
