He tore down Umbrella with his own tired hands, but her quiet evening of lights & cookies somehow felt just as rewording. If only he could admit it.

That’s Claire’s Sniper outfit from Rev2! A bonus costume. I think it unlocks after finishing the game and doing some of the Raid Mode gauntlets. I’d love to make better gifs of it eventually because it’s such a good look on her.

The funniest thing about this moment in Darkside Chronicles is that, in theory, this is Leon retelling the events of Code Veronica.

Which means Leon sat Krauser down like, “So Claire was trapped on Rockfort Island, there was a viral outbreak, Alfred Ashford was losing his entire mind, Chris was trying to find her, Steve was spiraling emotionally, and then, at one critical point in the mission…”

And then Leon’s mental camera lovingly cuts to Steve checking out Claire’s ass.

Sir. You were not even there.

This is supposed to be a dramatic recounting of Umbrella’s crimes and the Ashford family horror show, and Leon apparently decided the historical record needed a Steve Burnside POV thirst shot. He said, “For accuracy, we need to understand where Steve’s head was at emotionally.”

Where was his head, Leon?
