Walter Skinner is a single mother of two of the most difficult kids ever. He hates them. They run away whenever he turns around, they bite other kids, they crash his important meetings, and they abuse their authority as FBI agents. Naturally, he sends them to bed with no dinner, but that's mean and goes against the parenting books so I guess they can have the X-Files back.
