Death of a Project

So our Project: Steal 2 original game is no more... the server has been shut down. Sad to see that ambitious project unfulfilled. It promised a lot of classic fun in the social gaming scene, with the chance to steal from real players. The current Project: Steal prequel game on all mobile platforms is still available to download of course, so please go get it if you haven't already!

Here's a memory, a screenshot from our first ever playable version of Steal 2 created in 2012. Very moody lighting (too dark!), our thief waits in the dark, on our tutorial level.

I Am Bread coming to iOS

Bossa Studios, known for being the people behind Surgeon Simulator are now bringing their follow up release, I Am Bread, to iOS operated devices sometime later this year. The game which will be released on iOS after a PC launch, will have players presume the role of a piece of bread and attempt to toast themselves in a physics driven environment. While the game has a very unorthodox premise„ perhaps the only thing flopping will be the piece of bread players control in their starchy struggle to get toasty as it’s already gained many favorable reviews on it’s PC Steam Early Access page.

Concept art for our game has been created by the entire art team here at No More Pie. I’m so glad to actually have a team, they rock! Since spring they’ve been working on awesome concept art, and awesome characters created from those concepts. Steal 2 is going to have a few surprises, but we won’t...

Don't panic my good friends and loyal followers, because we haven't given up yet. Project: Steal is coming to your phone! Currently the Tech Guy is trying to debug a few little niggles on our iOS release version. Fiddly stuff, but it's 99% ready... release coming soon! We have our Android version of Project: Steal (his favourite) running nicely though. Not long now until we are truly multi-platform on mobile and all of you can enjoy our little game...  Meanwhile, here's what the iOS icon will look like. Neat huh? We also have a brand new trailer that shows our new levels! We will reveal that video soon... watch this space.

New GUI for level end screen! We previously called this "repuation" because, as a thief, that's what you live and die by... After every level we decide if you deserve a "rep" of up to 3 stars. TIP: keep your exposure time as low as possible, but try to steal ALL the loot, for maximum "rep"!
