Is this blog dead?
It was supposed to make a breath or two again about a month ago on the 1st anniversary of ZTD, but my computer broke and it’s still broken, so my hands are tied. The moment is gone anyway.
Also, I don’t feel enough motivation to keep this blog alive. I mean, I could - I still have feelings for the Zero Escape series, but after ZTD it’s mostly annoyance - and it’s not the thing that fuels a fan blog. I don’t want it to be a hate blog, but any kind of criticism is classified as hate around here because everyone on tumblr is so damn sensitive. I don’t want to bark out my disappointment on people who just want to look at pretty pictures and absurd memes. I still love VLR, and I still have goosebumps when I remember the endings of both 999 and VLR, but then I realize that ZTD exists - and I can’t even recommend the series to my friends anymore…
So I guess if you’re a fan, you just don’t want this blog to be alive - its reincarnation would be bitter, and sad, and I’m sure it would be too much of me and not much of ZE. I think you could stick around some more in case we get more info on Project Psync and I put it here, but it’s your choice to unfollow.
...Meanwhile, my affection turned to other games. My favorite puzzle/adventure with mind-trickery, awesome atmosphere, and a clever plot is The Talos Principle (I wish I was patient enough to beat it). And I play Let it Die for fun (I wish I was skillful enough to beat that, too).
