spiritual breakdown on how to "actually use" awake methods effectively.
firstly, i’d like to thank everyone for the great feedback i received on the my last post i made about how to use "actually use" awake methods, based on research i came across while learning about deep meditation and altered states of consciousness. and like i mentioned in my last post, i’m doing a follow-up to explain the full diagram and how you can use it to be more effective when practicing awake methods.
disclaimer(s): before i do a deep dive into how to “actually use” awake methods, backed by a spiritual interpretation from rudolf steiner’s esoteric teachings, i want to clarify that i’m putting “actually use” in quotes for a reason because there isn’t a black-and-white way to approach shifting. shifting is deeply personal and spiritual (imo). everything i’m sharing here is simply what i’ve found through my own research, shadow work, and inner reflection, including tarot, which resonated strongly with me and helped me feel confident enough to share this. my hope is that it supports others in their own shifting journey. i also want to make it clear that my approach to shifting is completely spiritual. i don’t really see it as something scientific, i experience it more as a spiritual practice. so everything i share here is coming from that spiritual perspective, not from the science side of shifting.
this is going to be a lengthy post!
HOW I ENTER A PURE AWARENESS STATE IN LESS THAN 20 MINUTES
HELLOOOOOOOOO AGAIN!!! been a couple days since my last post . . . i've been chilling lately, just trying to let my brain reset a bit after my last shift. I shifted from a lucid dream but when i woke up i had the most insane, debilitating headache for some reason. It like really turned me off from shifting again for like a week. Anyway, I'm back shifting again !!
I've been trying more and more with my method, letting myself enjoy the moment and have patience with my body during meditations. It works every time, what can i say? I always have a good experience when i just sit back and relax.
Because of this i think that i'm just done with all the other methods i like to do lol. They work okay i guess but this method is the easiest and most relaxing for me (which is why its called the super duper easy method LMAO). I used to not be able to meditate or even shift using intention. It took me 5 years to get here, and honestly I'm not mad about it ! I learned some lessons here and there. I'm saying all this to tell you that even if you think you're failing or incapable of a certain method, it's not necessarily true. You can't fail to shift. You can shift but not end up in a place you like, sure, but you can't fail. You can only teach yourself / your Awareness to wake up in a place you like, using any method. Remember: patience is always key.
JUST SO YOU KNOW: Awareness is everything and doesn’t need any mental conditions or physical yada yada to be awareness. You don't need to meditate, but if it makes your thoughts quieten and create less resistance from your EGO, then its highly recommended. :) This post is for those who like to meditate and end up in altered states of consciousness.

For a percentage of shifters, altered states are the key to everything. States tend to help for those of us who have racing thoughts and doubts that hinder our journey when we feed into them. When you get into an altered state, you're less connected to your brain and therefore your ego, which only exists in your brain. From an altered state it's very easy to shift. It may take some a while your first time around but that shouldn't matter because time doesn't even exist and you shouldn't care anyway. I sure don't. Just make sure you pick a time when you're "free" and can just chill for a while.
Getting into an altered state may feel like a total fail at first. You get into your comfy position, start meditating and are immediately hit with doubts. This an amazing post that explains it very well. The person who wrote that is literally a f*cking god. I recommend you read that before you read this because that is the post that truly opened my eyes to how easy awake shifting is.
Anyhoo, at this point you should know all about the encounter stage and how to get past it. I'm not here to explain that because you hopefully read the post. What I will tell you is what to do after that, and what typically happens for me.
After about 18 minutes and 9 seconds (yes, i've counted), my mind gets extremely fuzzy and i immediately start heading in tons of different OBE directions. Just now before I made this post, I randomly got the idea to Astral Project despite never doing it before. I imagined myself out of my body, doing astral things i guess and then i literally felt my Spirit(?) begin to JUMP out of my body. It felt very weird but i didnt do it fully because my heart isn't in it all that much. Then, I started shifting. This happens very quickly for me but can either go right or wrong because I always shift with one or two senses before the rest, so it sucks because i can still feel my ego while simultaneously feeling a whole different person in another reality. This won't happen to everyone. I feel like it only happens to me because I may have an attachment to my CR.. idk.
You'll know when you get to the Point of No Return (sounds scary but its not trust me lol). Your doubts will be quiet and the only thing that will prevail is your affirmations and your want to shift. It'll feel like your shifting voice is much much louder than your doubting voice, which is good because you're right there on the edge!!! At this point all you have to do is keep up with assuming whatever it is you want to do. Typically, I affirm "I am pure awareness" until i start rolling around in a pit of darkness. I just end up completely detached from my body and surroundings and just exist within the Void. Or, I end up doing 5 senses until i start blinking through my DR self... and then yea! Thats all!!!
If you don't shift to your DR this time, that's fine. You can stop at any time. As long as you know that you will improve at this and keep consistency, then you'll awake shift in no time ! i literally taught myself this after 5 years of hoping and begging for results. I had no clue what i was doing. If i can do it, you can do it way faster.

my fav irrational shifting tips
1. type out an entire storytime as if you just shifted
seriously, go into detail about your time there. what did you do, who did u see, as if you were JUST there. like ur about to send this storytime to ur friends. i swear everytime i do this i feel SO capable because i'm speaking about it as an actual experience, not something i'm constantly longing for/out of my reach.
2. act like you've already shifted various times
counter your doubts with it. eg "what if i don't shift tonight?" "ive already shifted before.. what's stopping me now?"
3. be so fucking delusional (this one is important)
as an avid manifestor/loa follower, being delusional is THE way to getting what you want. believe you are a master shifter. believe you are already in your dr. believe you control your reality. believe whatever the fuck you want and say fuck you to the logic that tries to debunk it. your brain doesn't know shit and will believe whatever you tell it, and soon the 3d will follow. and if you have a hard time believing at first(as we all do), fake it till you make it. pretend and persist, it never fails.
as always, take everything i say with a grain of salt. your shifting journey is personal to you and only you.

i cracked the code. oh my god. i’m literally typing this at like 1am pls!!
i can’t even count how many times i’ve given in to the small moments of comfort from this reality, making me procrastinate shifting. not by choice, but subconsciously. because whether it’s something that is going to happen in the next few days, weeks, or even months (!!) i always find myself prioritizing those over shifting to my new reality. even if they’re the smallest things ever.
such as watching this new animated stranger things show next week. because somehow, my ego wants me to stay for another week to watch that. no bitch! that shit is happening in my new reality as well. and i’m not lying when i say that the idea of solving my sudoku almost sounded more appealing than being in my new reality… get out…….
my point is. whenever i prioritize these small moments, it’s only because my ego wants me to stay in the comfort of this reality. not because my life is cupcakes and rainbows, but because it’s familiar. it’s like my ego whispers “don’t you want to experience this.. it sounds pretty nice, right.. you can wait a little bit longer..” even if staying here isn’t something i want.
so that’s exactly what i’m going to remind myself, that this feeling of comfort isn’t coming from me. i simply shouldn’t fall for it, because it’s a trap by my ego. if i keep listening to it, i will honestly be here forever lol, because there will always be moments in my life here that are going to sound appealing, but that doesn’t make my new reality less important. ‹𝟹

here's your reminder that people have successfully revised deaths, cured injuries and diseases that are considered incurable, changed their entire appearance, and so much more. heck, if you want to you can just wake up in your favourite tv show and live your life there. and the list goes on...
you can literally just get whatever you want. if someone can manifest being a billionaire or whatever, then you can absolutely manifest your crush liking you back or getting that grade you want.
and here's the fun part: there's no such thing as small or big successes, unless you view it that way. all these things i've listed above are equally as easy to achieve. the only limits are the ones you set for yourself!
Hi mason! I’ve wanted to try your zooming in method for a while and sorry if this is a stupid question but what do you mean by “imagine your dr in front of you as if you’re looking at it from a distance” i don’t really understand what that means, what am i supposed to imagine exactly?

Personally, whenever I do this, I kind of just imagine the feeling of my dr in front of me? I can't visualise, so it's not really an image, but more just the general idea of ''It is in front of me.''
Not literally in front of me, but more just mentally. Then once I bring it closer to me, I imagine the feeling of it replacing my surroundings here, which is when it becomes more ''physical.''
I guess the closest description I could give, is to imagine yourself right now, in the room that you're in, but instead you're viewing it from a top or distant view. Either like you're above yourself, or like you see yourself from a distance. Then once you bring it closer, you replace your self in that idea and the surroundings change around you as well. Except obviously none of this is done with visualising for me personally, it's more just the general idea/feeling of it!💚
"Shifting is guaranteed, shifting is inevitable" is my favorite affirmation. Like, YES. I didn’t shift last night? That’s okay, because shifting is inevitable and I’ll do it anyway.

you'll get comfortable looking into their eyes in real time, you'll realize you're not just perceiving them but they're perceiving you back, you will dance with them and never want to know another feeling but that of their skin, and you will learn them so well that you could teach a two year course on the marvel that is them
you will carry inside of you the venn diagram of their contradictions and core, you'll find yourself in silence with them and be able to define the sensation of their presence, you'll measure time by the unit of when you'll next see them, and you'll realize that they have become a normal to you
you will turn to them on instinct to find they've been angled to you this whole time, you'll sneak traces of them into other acts in your life, you'll drink your coffee the way they like it so you can hold their warmth in you, and you will step into every space thinking about how they would exist inside of it

I'M SHIFTING TO BE LOVED. I WANNA FEEL THE WARMTH OF OTHERS AROUND ME. I WANNA FEEL PEOPLE ACTIVELY EXPRESSING THEIR LOVE FOR ME. I WANNA BE INCLUDED. I WANT PEOPLE'S ACTIONS TO BE FULL OF LOVE. I'M SHIFTING FOR LOVE, AND BECAUSE I LOVE.
stop trying to “arrive” in your DR. feel where you are and flow.

we always discuss how we aren’t separate from our drs, how there’s no disconnect between us here and us there. and yet every single time, you go into an attempt trying to arrive. trying to wake up as if you haven’t already been there the entire time.
why?
because you’re not actually trying to shift. you’re trying to confirm.
you’re trying to feel it here, see it here, know it’s happening here because you don’t trust that it’s already happening without your supervision. you start simulating the arrival, so you can monitor every sensation and know you’re doing it “correctly”.
but that’s just resistance to the natural flow of shifting. it’s pressure. when you feel like you have to focus on arriving in order to receive, you interrupt yourself from actually shifting because you’re over monitoring. you take yourself out of the experience and replace it with you watching yourself experience. when you focus too hard all it means is you’re performing. taking it so seriously so that you don’t “miss” the moment. but nowhere in this situation are you actually coming to terms with the fact that you’re already in your dr.
you’re just containing it. shrinking it into little parameters in hopes you can control and validate the shift before you allow yourself to flow into it. thats not what allowing yourself to shift means.
allowing yourself to shift is acknowledging that you already exist in your dr. therefore trying to create an entire narrative that doesn’t come naturally to you makes no sense. let the imagery come to you. let the dr chase you. you don’t have to have intense focus. you can just daydream and let it be chaotic because that’s flow. flow is not correcting the scene. it’s not steering every detail. flow is letting the information remain unfinished. it’s letting the picture paint itself.
allow the experience to be what it is! don’t dampen it by focusing on if you’re there yet. the answer is always yes! you are there. now trust that and allow your dr to form around you, instead of trying to forcefully form your thoughts around it.
