I’m not the soaps biggest fan so maybe I’m biased but this ‘week that changes everything’ in Eastenders just feels pretty dull to me.

Maybe I’m missing something.

However annoying Emmerdale’s music has been lately, it’s nothing compared to Eastenders. Turn the volume up to hear the dialogue and get my eardrums shattered by the music.

Doesn’t make me want to keep watching tbh.

You could use some of the tiny command hooks that are normally used for stringing up fairy lights etc. They are clear so wouldn't show and are sticky on the back. Then just make a little loop on the ribbon to hang them on.

I’ve got some badges and stuff I’ve collected over the years that I’d like to stick in a frame and display somehow. My thought is on ribbons so that it can be added to should I get any more.

Only thing is I can’t work out how to attach the ribbons to the backing of the shadow box that I’ve got. I’ve got what I thought was good glue but that doesn’t hold.

Anyone got any suggestions?

I actually quite like them like this. Yes a big story would be nice but it’ll happen at some point, but before it never felt like they just got to exist and be there in smaller stuff..

Also it's first time I feel they're treated as normal characters and not just a gay couple who are famous so they need all the break up, reunion, wedding (honestly I hate how everytime they need to get wed like it feels very shallow at this point). I love how they get to just be together. Not saying I don't hate at times because occasionally it gets boring but ep like today makes me realise they don't always need a story that blows off. I like them being part of life everyday as well.

Now I’m not saying it’s perfect it’s far from it, the show has issues a plenty right now but then imo so do all the soaps, it’s not Emmerdale exclusive, but not having a big story for a while isn’t a bad thing. With the absence for Danny, that likely wasn’t going to happen anyway so I’m good with what we’ve got for now.

I’m very relieved to be out of the constant drama spirals and constant need for big episodes that sometimes to me just felt as if they existed outside the story if you know what I mean (as much as I loved them all individually).

It’s just nice to have quiet domestic scenes, and if that includes Robert looking as he did when he got off that quad the other day then that’d even better!

I hate to say this but I must agree with you on Graham... he was shockingly okay in the scenes with Robron. On the other hand, it might just be that Aaron and Robert elevated him by association. I say someone should still burn HF so the characters we see in it are free lmao

I never hated Graham all that much but when he’s stuck in HF nonsense he’s just a robot. Outside of that he’s ok.

But yes Robert and Aaron do improve anyone!

At this point I’m kinda hoping the family all push him too far and he snaps and becomes the next serial killer in the village.

I’m very very misty on my Sadie timelines. How much of a retcon mess would they have to make to give Robert a kid with her?

I am not opposed to the idea at all.

The new Sugden family member has me 👀 because unless we’re renaming a Merrick there aren’t to my knowledge any Sugden’s out there to bring back (not counting Seb btw) and we’ve done the long lost brother.

The lack of mention of Robert in a lot of the articles I’ve read about her return has me 👀 also…

But it’ll be Kyle starting the fires no doubt because they hate me.
