hey quick question I just bought nike free runs for $60 at the nike factory and its the same exact one you have, but you know how the buttom feels almost rubbery, is that normal?
Yes! They should feel very flexible and light. They are made of rubber so that's definitely how they should feel :)

I love, love, LOVE this documentary. Found it and watched it a couple months ago when I was in Italy, so I didn’t have access to a juicer, but I’ve definitely been juicing it up ever since I got back last week. I even watched this film TWICE today, once with my mom and once with my dad. It’s one of the most inspiring films that would appeal to everyone. It’s really is mind-blowing what can be accomplished in such a short amount of time with self determination and will power. I recommend this film to anybody and everyone. Give it a chance, what is there to lose? :)

1 cucumber 1 good bunch of Kale 4 celery stalks 1/2 lemon (rind on ok) 1 small knob (about ½ inch or less) of ginger root 2 granny smith apples (gala is good too)

I'm so sorry, I haven't legitimately updated in the LONGEST TIME.
Some minor changes in my life...I moved to Italy!
It's only for 4 months, but as of January 30th, 2013, I now live in Florence, Italy!
I definitely made it a point to keep up my healthy eating habits (with the occasional gelato and pizza!) as well as working out. I got a gym membership to one that's right down the block from me on Via de Pepi called Swan Gym. I've been taking some of their classes and they've been kicking butt! It's also super hilarious because I am always a step behind since obviously the instruction is in Italian.
I came to Florence prepared with my Insanity DVD's and a bag full of protein powder. Protein powder is so expensive here!
I will definitely try to update more often!
