Sooo happy to share this! Last Friday I performed my own original music publicly for the first time. I was absolutely shitting myself to be honest. I’ve made music in isolation for most of my life without ever posting it anywhere, but the overwhelmingly positive response was the final push I needed to hurry up and get this on Bandcamp. So I finally have my first ever independent release, “amethystine”. It includes the 3 tracks I performed individually. The final track is all 3 songs mixed together the way I performed it on Friday 😊

Beyond that, I NEVERRRR could have done this without @mahariel-s . Their endless love and support kept me steady and committed to sharing my art even when I was having technical difficulties at the 11th hour. I love them so fucking much 💜

i want to clarify that i'm not really romanticizing this dynamic, it was kind of the whole point. 😓 the theme here isn't romance but rather delusion. i tried to make samarie unsettling and marina unusually cutesy to mimic samarie's POV to get that point across but i'm not sure if i was successful.
