idk who needs to hear this but it’s healthier for you to just accept that you’re gonna be kinda fat than it is to live the rest of your life miserably trying to monitor yourself to maintain a skinny weight your body doesn’t want to hold onto
#how did this post find me just when i gained 5kg and have been kinda anxious about it#physically i feel great and have energy to do things#but those eating disorder thoughts planted into your head as a teenager are so hard to unlearn#i'm like 15 kilos heavier now than i was a decade ago#which is perfectly fine cuz i'm a grown woman now and not an underweight teenager#but there's still that tiny part of my brain that thinks i should starve myself to lose that extra weight#ugh i hatr diet culture so much
