What are your favourite Captain James Hook and Mr. Smee’s quotes from Peter Pan (1953)?

As for Mr. Smee… I think my favorite lines for Smee are the ones where he’s genuinely showing how much he cares about Hook. In the ‘53 film it’s probably his initial response to the crocodile where he’s shooing him away and subsequently reassuring Hook that the coast is clear.
Similarly, in the sequel, it’s probably when he is comforting Hook that the octopus is just “a playful little sea urchin”…and when the octopus doesn’t just play nice and leave on his attempt to shoo it away, I love that for a split second he ALMOST loses his temper and then just thinks better of it and mutters, “At least the crocodile had manners.” It takes a lot to make Smee angry but those creatures had better leave Hook alone!
In the Jake series, my favorite Smee quotes are those when he’s trying to mitigate between the kids and Hook or just making a blatantly obvious observation. Like, after the kids help out and Hook goes, “Blast you!” And Smee immediately comes back with, “He means ‘thank you’!” Or when in response to being told something he did wasn’t very nice, Hook says, “I…am not a very nice person!” And Smee just deadpans at the audience and says, “It’s true. He’s not.” 😂
