What Happens in Sims 4....

Here I will share with you homes that I have built in Sims 4 (most are based off of real house plans) as well as my sims and what I do with them (it's not very imaginative).

You’d think you lost your right to be mad about ‘adultery’ when you cheated on and left your first wife! But that’s not stopping Greg from being indignant. Its always funny when you drop in on a household and find something funny going on without your intervention at all.

Apparently marriage isnt in the Sims Cards (aka there is a bug) for these two. Somehow, although they are entirely different careers, live together and do not have any hired services... They are unable to get married due to Penny Pizzazz being in Talon Black’s “employ” haha...

Interesting story here. Penny Pizzazz is the former mistress of Talon’s cousin’s fiance Devon Maloen. She also has a baby by Devon. Talon and her just had a kid as well.. I REALLY ignored the personality description for Penny!

Latest build... Not satisfied entirely with the outside but it accomplished some important goals I had for it...

1. A new setting for my favorite sims to play. 2. Two master bedrooms since I have my original sim couple as well as their adult daughter and her husband in this house. My original sims basically use up one wing of the house with a hobby/study room for their use, and the daughter’s master is probably my favorite I’ve done yet just because it does have an open study, and several areas for relaxing. 

The house has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large kitchen and so far unfinished basement and yard.

Willow Creek overhaul begins......... Feeling a little overwhelmed!

Trying to do a renovation of this old, first home build I ever did in the Sims 4. I’m not entirely sure what I think of what I’ve picked so far but I do think overall it is looking better!

I’m not sure if I shared this house before, but I figured I would share this! My cousin’s self-made sims live in this house, and it is based on a true-to-life floor plan, plus some modifications. This old home has had severe renovations, however, to update the interior and add needed space since the sims here decided they wanted to have twins! Originally simply a one bedroom + loft, an addition on the west side of the home added a family room as well as a bedroom for their son. A basement with plenty of play space has also been added, with a guest bedroom and another full bath.

A sim of mine, Amadin Wong, who only is able to enjoy a luxurious life because I decided to use her and her husband, Darren, as testers. She died in a random fire on the lot, unfortunately, but her husband was able to beg the grim reaper for her life back. Back in the world of the living, Amadin found herself falling in love with Grim, despite her thankfulness for her husband having saved her life.

Amadin decided to stay with her husband, accepting she could never have a real relationship with Grim. Her relationship with Darren has receded but now she is working on building it back up so she can have the family that she dreamed of before her demise.

Not your grandma’s house, or is it?

I attempted to do a home you would see in your neighborhood, perhaps. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with potential for a third bedroom if needed, which is currently used as a family room. It has a beautiful sun room perfect for growing plants, and decent size back yard. This is a medium priced house in my Sims 4 game, and is located in Willow Creek. 

Awhile ago, I decided to rebuild homes in Willow Creek, including making the Goth home look like a more natural upgrade to their sims 1 home, which I have been working on for awhile on and off.

Most expensive home I’ve built yet. Currently priced at 393,724 simoleons, only the richest of sims will be able to afford this home. 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, located in the heart of Newcrest. It features a large outdoor pool, a meditation and yoga dedicated center, an indoor hot tub room (which could be changed to a large fifth bedroom), a long galley kitchen with a professional stove for hiring chefs, an entertaining area with a full bar and seating on the upper level.

On the lower level you'll find features such as a theatre room complete with large chairs, and couches for extra seating when you invite people over for a viewing party. There is also a fully stocked gym, a cleaning supplies and food storage room, and a guest bedroom with a grand piano in it.  

The master bedroom is split into two main areas, with a beautiful archway separating both. The ensuite bathroom features a large soaking tub, and dual sinks. The nursery is beautifully appointed and ready for your sims to start a family. The child or teen's room next door is set up neutrally for the girl or boy the sim's chose to have.

Yes, this house has almost everything a sim would ever need, with room for more. Currently I only have my tester family living the house, but I haven't fully tested it yet. It is influenced by watching thesimsupply building video's a lot the past few days. It is not based off a floor plan! (for better or worse) There is also a LOT of C.C.

My cousin’s sims in my game are finally married (and not a moment too soon. As soon as they got home she went into labor and gave birth to twins!). The wedding dress and veil both from thesimsresource, and to be honest I can’t be bothered to look up the credits but if someone asks for it I promise I will search to find the creator for them. 

My simmortals apparently were inspired by the romance of the nuptials to get it on in the bush (I was not controlling them) and than the new groom thought it was only fitting that he have a dance off. My sim lisa got sick, and well, i thought a lot of people would get sick from woohooing in a bush!

Welcome to this lovely Oasis springs home, built based off of real house plans. It was a lot of fun to build this one, being a contemporary modern home. The house is 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. There is no grass in the backyard but there is plenty of space for outdoor living for sims!

Currently the second youngest daughter of my simmortals lives here with her boyfriend and his roommate. The boyfriend is one of the guys from Windenburg, but I forgot his name ;)

Decided I wanted to create a trailer home. Originally I wanted to make it a entry level house but I got a bit carried away and this “white trash” trailer home became a little more modern and a little cute.

My thought on it is that it used to be two separate trailer homes, and the Perfect family decided to purchase both trailers and the lot, to redesign it as an indoor outdoor home. The first building is completely renovated, but the second one is still a bit dated and in need of more work.

On the second floor is the Chore Studio where Lisa would be pleased to take expert and creative pictures of your sims!
