I have multiple chronic illnesses. Sometimes it's too much and I just want to die. I put on a good show- brave and all that shit. I keep going, whether I like it or not, because of Poke- my beautiful little tuxedo cat who has been through hell and back with me. She loves me despite the suicide attempts, the tears, the self hatred, and the months of hospitalizations every year. Fuck life and viva la Poke.
