Beautiful written AU and a totally different take on the usual dynamics. Fits perfectly with the series though you don’t have to have seen it to understand this story.

It’s really awesome with some serious pining and emotional parts.

Today is Supercorp Thursday! (Took me a while to figure out what day it is today lmao)

Next of Kin by DKGwriters (one of the best Supercorp Fic authors out there to my mind) is another intriguing story that will make you addicted in no time.

“When Kara and Lena go out to celebrate Kara’s front page story all starts out well but tragedy ensues. This will send Kara into a tailspin of rage. She’ll need her friends and family, question who matters to her in life, reveal some of Lena’s secrets, and bring Kara and Lena closer than ever before. Just when things seem to turn around, another player in the game shows their hand. Will the group fracture or pull together in the face of this foe?”

Today’s book is nothing for weak souls. Personally, I loved this book because it is deeply emotional and makes you reevaluate your life.

If you haven’t seen the show you might not be able to understand some references, otherwise you’re good to go.

Another Korrasami AU!

Republic City High by justkiddin304 is a fun little novel, especially if your life already stresses you out or your in between “real” books. There is no complex plot or anything so it’s perfect to get your mind off of things and relax.

“This story takes place in modern day but still with bending. We follow in the eyes of Asami and her view of things and later will go back and forth between her’s and Korra’s.”

Woke the F*ck Up by Fernwehbookworm is a AU where Lena is a famous singer and Kara is, well Kara but with less superpowers if you don’t count clumsiness or pouting.

“Ahh...Hi.” Lena looks up at the blonde woman, expecting a fan that recognicesed her, she raises an eyebrow. “Umm... all the tables are taken up and the inside is full too. So do you mind if I sit with you? I mean I guess I could just go home but I was kind of looking forward to reading at my favourite cafe on a beautiful day like today. But I can just go. I should go. Never mind.” Lena laughs. “You can sit, as long as you stop talking.” That doesn’t happen though. They end up deep in conversation for the better part of an hour when Lena’s phone rings, it’s Jess telling her she is late for sound check. “You have to go?” The woman looks disappointed. “Yeah I do.” “Wait!” Lena turns back to the woman suddenly standing and raises an eyebrow. “Can I see you again?” “I won’t be here long. I travel a lot.” “Well can I have your name at least?” Lena pauses to think then stretches out her hand. “Elena Colby.” The woman takes it. “Well, Elena, I’m Kara Danvers. And if I see you again I am going to ask again.” Lena smiles at the woman’s boldness.

It’s an amazingly written catradora AU with a little bit angst and lots of fluff.

Especially if you are also interested in science and maybe the peculiarities of living at the south pole, this is a book for you.
