First time doing a side profile, my anatomy probably sucks ass, but I really like how the rendering and colors turned out.

Ahem, don’t mind the flaws if you look too hard; one of the hands looks strange because I forgot to draw the extra fingers. I was having trouble with the angle, but with the hand on top, the pinky is facing the guy, while the thumb is facing the back of the gun—that is, if I remembered to draw the thumb…. The anatomy is ass but whatever

I was hunched over for nearly 4 hours drawing this, was totally worth the back pain ✌️😪 My favorite step of the drawing process has gotta be the rendering step where I just draw random details, shadows, and light wherever it looks semi-decent until it all comes together 🕊️
