Here's my proposal:

We can clearly see the border between Italy and the Vatican at St. Peters Square. It bisects the square.

We place the actual event on the Italian half of the border, but any audiences have to stand in St. Peters square (in Vatican), and in a symbolic action have to turn away from the place the Pope holds his speeches

Look at it, it seems doable, Also an open air ESC would slap, and not having to build a permanent venue would probably welcome to Mario Draghi.

And this plan has lots of heresy to it

My boyfriend didn’t go to university until he was 28 because he didn’t feel anywhere near ready when he was 18. He graduated with first-class honours, went on to do a Masters, and is now a history teacher. It’s so much more important to do things when you’re able to fully commit to them and do them to the best of your ability than to rush to do them by an imaginary deadline.

The Starless Sea

a not-quite-a-review because I have thoughts and feelings.

This is not a book, it’s a door. It’s an invitation to a world that lies behind that door. The plot is really just an exuse to offer you that world, if you were seeking it. So are the characters - an excuse, a device. And they say as much. “We are just words on paper.” And they are, really. The book is so meta it’s not even a book anymore. It’s a choose your own adventure story, a puzzle for you to solve, except that there is no answer to that puzzle. It’s a book for people who play games and wish they didn’t have to shoot anything, just wander around and explore the world. And again, it tells you as much. It talks a lot, for a book. But it lets you wander, as much as you wish and then some. It’s cozy. It’s gay. It’s sweet. It’s pretty. It’s weird. There is a pirate, and a sword, and an undergroud world full of books that feels like Hogwarts if it weren’t a school. And everything is a metaphor but you don’t always know what for. And it’s okay. It’s a book about books and a story about stories. It sometimes forgets that it is a story itself and it becomes a door instead.
