I had no idea what the KOFtober prompt list was, so I just looked at the sketch of Angel, Vox, and Tizoc and went "glad I'm not the only one who believes in Latino Vox supremacy"

Hahahaha! The prompt was "KOF character in COTW" and I thought that Angel's moveset would be an interesting challenge to implement into the game, that and well, she's also familiar with Tizoc.

I gotta say, I do agree and it feels fitting for Vox to be latino! I think his design really lends well into it. I had Vox drawn in there purely because I wanted a COTW newcomer in the drawing but with this realization, now it feels perfect hahaha!
