I really love this patch.  Skullcap is my favourite plant medicine. It’s really good for anxiety, menstrual cramps (because it decreases tension), and long term mental health care.  I made this patch to remind myself to take it every day, and to remind myself that solid mental health isn’t something that just magically happens; it’s something that needs daily work/maintenance/attention.  Even when you’re feeling fine.  <3

agh, i’m so happy that this worked!  this is a three colour print, printed in three separate layers.  i hand drew the white and red layers.  the black layer is a public domain image.

Art by Arthur Rackham (1867 to 1939), who made sooo much amazing fairy/magical art. This image is really dissimilar to a lot of his other artwork, but it’s one colour and easy to print, and we love it. The three fates are a mythological trio of women who spin, measure, and cut the thread of a person’s life. 

Printed on recycled fabric. Washable, Dryer-friendly, Iron friendly. 

The image measures about 7 x 6 inches.
