Glaring at his bedroom window grumpily from his nest of blankets, Henry cursed at the Hogwarts students that were currently causing a bloody loud ruckus when they were supposed to be in class. Juvenile delinquents, the whole lot of them. Muttering under his breath at the unmistakable sounds of Alex stirring, Henry debated the pros and cons of magic-ing his child over to him so that he wouldn't have to get up. Deciding that probably wasn't a good idea, he quickly tiptoed over to the crib to avoid the cold floor, picked his annoying little brat of an offspring up, and got back into bed as fast as he could.
Rocking Alex slightly, Henry rolled his eyes at the sounds of the students outside, then shook his head at himself. Bloody hypocrite, he was, since he was one of the students most likely to skive off and go dick around in Hogsmeade instead of going to his lessons. Not that the lessons were bad, mind, there were just much more interesting things to do in Hogsmeade. With a small, but fond, smile on his face, Henry looked down at his child. Hopefully he'd take after his mother, but knowing Henry's luck, Alex would be just the type to do anything but go to class. He'd love Hogwarts though. But doesn't everybody?
