Say, z're anythin you could spill about Fleetway in general in the fic? You mentioned him being stripped of his "title and powers". What species is he? Normally, he's pure energy from corrupted Chaos Emeralds. What's his deal here?

Also, any details about his relationship with Sonic...? Good luck with your fic!!! Props to writing regardless of motivation and school as well, I know how that is hah

UUHHHH Fleetway isn’t quite a specific species. He’s a god and was stripped of his powers by the other gods for pissing them off for a reason. But I will say that each god was created based off something, and perhaps by other gods. An example being the god of storms creating the god of lightning.

Fleetway was basically created under the anger and destruction of multiple gods during a war among them. Giving him his not so normal looking appearance. As well as being The God of Chaos and Destruction

Still thinking on this. But Sonic may have been more directly tied to the creation of Fleetway, giving their similar appearances. But mentioned earlier, he wasn’t the one alone on that. I haven’t quite thought much on Sonic’s and Fleetway’s relationship other than them both somewhat nitpicking at each other. But that will be something I will think on more now!

ooo okok im curious how much you can say about fleetway and shadow’s relationship with one another in the fic, or how do they feel about each other generally. not like too-too much into spoiler territory but maybe just initial thoughts? im really interested in the story concept and am hyped for the fic!!

So they first meet right after Fleetway is taken of his title and godly powers. Shadow takes him in and offers to let him stay for a few weeks after Fleetway came up with a reason why he was found where he was found.

Their first interaction didn’t end up great. Fleetway was getting curious with the stuff in Shadow’s smithy but gets scolded and told not to touch. Then Fleetway mutters a curse out loud towards a gesture in nature one of the gods clearly did to mock him. Shadow assumes it was directed towards him and angrily confronts Fleetway.

Basically at the beginning. Shadow is just annoyed by Fleetway’s presence and always thinks “it’s only for a while”. Which leads for Shadow to help Fleetway find some sort of job so that he could make money and to get out of his hair.

But as time goes on. Their bond gets closer and Fleetway stays much longer than just a few weeks. For romantic wise. It’s the “one fell first and the other fell harder”. Won’t spoil on who shall tell their feelings first 😉

Even though most of these characters are adults (and centuries old cuz of gods). I still depict a lot of the characters as minors canonically outside of the fic.

The reason they’re aged up is so that it isn’t a teenager x a god who is a millennium old. Also so that they could do stuff adults can do (Drinking, own a house/shop, working jobs that teenagers and under most likely wouldn’t work in)

The most suggestive kind of topic that most likely would be in the fic would be making out. There won’t even be mentions of NSFW. Everyone is just living their life all jolly and happy!!!

I’m so fixated on this ship it’s not even funny anymore..

I barely have any motivation to plan my AU fanfic thing because it’s going to take FOREVER to plan out every chapter and I don’t want to not post for a year while having only 2 chapters published. It’s not a first that’s happened with me.

My art isn’t enough. And there is only a post about Fleetadow like 5 times a month AND ITS NOT ENOUGH FOR MEEEE.

I need something that I can interact with everyday. No flipping way I’m using c.ai cuz that’s just buns. I also just want to rp with someone in general 😭.
