How many bananas do you use for your nice cream ? :)
when its plain nice cream i put 8 in there, otherwise it depends, but maybe 5-6 :)
How much do you eat a day? I feel like I'm not eating enough but I'm never hungry. I usually have oatmeal in the morning a salad for lunch and then dinner. No snacks or anything... Is this enough? I also workout everyday as well.
i don't count calories but i aim for 3000 per day. you should really up your intake and carb up especially when you exercise. you should thrive and live life to the fullest☺️

it really depends on my hunger and the stuff i serve it with. but always between 60-120g :)

happy you chose veganism! :)tips: •be passionated about it. educate about all the things, read books, watch documentaries, and when you know all the crucial things out there you don't want to go back :) • preparation: prepare food to-go or for school so you always have something• carb up! the more, the better ;)• ignore rude comments about it. you do it for you!• have staples. things like bananas, dates and other fruit, rice, potatoes, pasta, beans, chickpeas, hummus, crackers, oats, plantbased-milk, etc.• don't stress about it. being vegan is so easy! :)hope this helped a bit :) xxx
