A peaceful Kraken design that I might print on a tote bag. Traditional drawing edited with photoshop.

lyssbeth replied to your photo: What program do you use? This is amazing! If it’s photoshop, how do you blend the colours like that and get it to look pastel or crayon?
Thank you very much ! I use photoshop indeed ! I guess the general look mainly comes from the brushes that I use. In this painting, I mostly used free brushes by AlectorFencer, which you can find and download on DeviantArt here and here. Hope it helped !
Here’s a digital painting of Rey, the heroine of the new Star Wars trilogy, on which I’ve been working for ages, and that is finally finished (unless you point some obvious mistake that I might have missed) ! The “rough” look is purposeful, I hope you like it ! Does it look like her ? (I hope so, I used a thousand reference photos !)

Smoking Jane

Second piece of a portrait series which started with my “Tattooed Duchess”. My idea is to create images imitating classical portraits and representing women displaying a “rebellious” behaviour ("a fine lady should not be wearing tattoos/smoking !”) that is even more striking because it is anachronistic.
Snowy Owl (and Snow White ?) ! Second piece of my recent watercolour series representing giant birds.
You can see the first one here : Tawny Owl
Tawny Owl ! First test for a series of watercolours with giant birds that I’d like to start.
The second one is here : Snowy Owl
Tawny owl, red-legged partridge, barn owl and eurasian eagle-owl.
