Does looking in the mirror make you feel nauseous?

I don't think it's a fear of mirrors or anything. But looking at mirrors –or photos of myself tbh, but I see mirrors more– makes me feel like I'm going to throw up, and was wondering if anyone else had similar experiences :'3? And maybe if you've had this problem in the past.. advice on how you fixed it?

#i have the opposite problem i love looking at myself in the mirror. i've never had this issue but #if i had to give advice on how to approach healing from this i think it would be...#first of all unshackling yourself from the standards of beauty that society has put on us. i am very serious.#look at pictures of people from all over the world and recognize their value as human beings #regardless of where they fit in the conventional attractiveness scale #and then consciously apply this to yourself. notice how your body and your face are part of you and they do a lot to keep you alive #you are a person and deserve just as much love and decency as anyone else and try to be grateful to your body for all it does for you #i don't think i am perceived as conventionally attractive ? due to certain experiences.#however i am alive due to surviving everything that has been thrown at me and for that i think i am exceptional and because of that #i love to look at myself.
