Trying to keep this short, but I have several surgeries coming up, and a PET scan which will tell me if i have cancer. They're thinking i have lymphoma. "transandrophobia" is not harmful because acknowledging transmasc oppression is bad. "transandrophobia" is harmful because it pins - and was coined with the intent to pin - the blame for transmasc oppression on a unique prejudice of masculinity which does not systemically exist and thus discussions in its name completely miss the systemic transphobia we go through and why it happens, not to mention the transmisogyny at the root of the movement which is why so much of its theory cites sex-based oppression and assumes facing misogyny is a matter of being cafab vs camab.

of course we're erased and marginalized. but the word for men's transphobia in a male-dominated society is transphobia. and for god's sakes don't call women's transphobia men's transphobia.
