My fishing weekends

This blog is dedicated to fishing in general and specifically my fishing. I've started it after my second deepsea fishing trip to North Norway, therefore I will be posting stuff from before as well as coming future pictures.

First (and hopefully last) garfish of the year :)

Very nice day. A lot of cod (see the picture below).

1-2-3-4-5 cods. All were taken in. Each was between 2.5 and 2.8 kg.

Smallest catfish caught. Apparently catfish is as greedy as it gets.

Eye of catfish. If not seen in real life, slightly scary.

Sometimes you get catfish that is larger than in Sweden but in Spain is not counted as fish.

By local measures, if the catfish is lighter than 100 pounds, it's called "pussy".

When the fish is longer AND heavier then you - you did VERY good!

When the fish is longer than yourself - you did good!

A good carp @ 35 pounds is next on menu.

A pro is fighting a nice cat.

This is how a catfish look like. Bigger ones have overgrown belly to fit 10-20 pounds of food daily.

Sometimes the catfish is shorter than myself. Not often thou. Still, a good fight and lots of fun!
