Kane Diperna is by far my most favorite little person on earth. I learned of Kane's battle with cancer back in January and of you watch the video that @uswajax presented, I got choked up. I ask this little guy how old he is, and he shy-my exclaimed..."four"!... Right there, I post my notes, forgot my lines and completely stopped giving a Damn about anything else around me. This little boy, who hasn't even had a half decade of life, is putting up a fight that most of us will never experience. AND HE'S WINNING! His family is amazing, and all 4 of them, as a collective, have inspired me to never give up on being who I am, and never stop fighting my own fight. His father, Jay, hugged me and we instantly became brothers. I bare, on my left forearm, a tattoo representing Kane. #CancerSucks. I hold that tattoo in the highest regard. Not only was it my first tattoo, done by @tattoosbykk but it was sentimental. I would never mark up my body for anyone who doesn't deserve it, but this little boy inspired me to get a tattoo which covers scars on my wrists from a fight I nearly lost. The kids at these shows aren't just kids to me. They are innocent expressions of life that have no idea what's going on yet. I love what I do, and doing that allowed me to meet this amazing family. Forever and always #TeamKane! (at Florida National Guard, Maxwell Snyder Armory, Recruiter)
