We met up with Andres and Maña for some tricky drinks around the hood. Ran into our guests, Sile and Sophie. Also bumped into Joe at the park. Super fun and chill day. We also got The Islands for the first time. Since they were packed we got it to go and sat on the steps of Brooklyn museum. Perfect night!

Last Sunday, we drove back from Medina to NYC. I wrote some stuff already from that day. But we made it to Lydia and Danny's for the Tonys. Hamilton won everything.

I'm a week behind from posting pics but events today cannot go ignored or forgotten. Woke up this morning in Medina from a great Lancaster visit with the fam. Packed up and went to Abuelita's to pick up frozen delicacies that she prepared for us. Papa took us to get bagels at the new New York bagel spot in Medina. Pretty good. While driving back to NYC, we found out the largest US mass shooting happen this morning at an Orlando gay night club. 50 dead. Terrible. Isis is claiming it. On the road we got the worst traffic in Pennsylvania to-date, almost 2-hour delay. At the end of the road work, we saw a medium large black bear dead on the side of the road. Later on we hit more traffic and there was police presence. Not sure what it was. There was more backup from an incident where dirt bikes fell off a truck and then later a huge branch on the interstate. We lost over 2 hours in delays. But we are now heading to Lydia and Danny's for a TONY party. Looking forward to it!

Made breakfast for the wife, Laura, and Papa. Love having friends and family over! Got to use some delicious feta for it too, which made it that much better.

Gabriela was making coquito for her In the Heights cast for a parting gift. We had to do an early morning store and booze run. If I would have know about this custom earlier, we would have order WWJD bracelets for everything.

Mother’s day! After sifting through all the of the social posts of people with their moms, I was able to go work out and run some errands.

Gabriela had a show today so I was solo most of the day. When she returned, I was still doing things here and there. We did solidify our last spot for the SF trip with Jeff and Nat on the phone. I’m chatting with the two Clevelanders on the phone in this photo.

Last Sunday I went up to Queens Botanic Garden to help out Anna and Rocky. It was a great time but Gabriela couldn’t go with us, sadly. We had some amazing Korean BBQ. All you can eat, too!

But this blog is about me and Gabs, so later in the day, she was working on her show. I was working on her HireMeBroadway web series. It’s the first one! Hope it goes well.
