17 cal lettuce and hummus wraps!
Okay so I’ve got a new recipie type thing to share
It was just a thing that I thought about yesterday but they turned out really good and are really low calorie! If my calculations are correct, then it is 17 calories per mini wrap.
°INGREDIENTS°
yellow bell pepper (31 cals)
red mini bell pepper (10 cals)
lettuce leaves (i used inner leaves which are 1 cal)
hummus (90 cals)
if you find any other hummus brands which are less calories, feel free to use them!
°METHOD°
Start by taking a lettuce leaf and chopping off the white hard part.
Then spread a thin layer of hummus on the leaf.
Add some diced peppers or any vegetable you like, and roll up the leaf like a wrap.
(I put a toothpick in mine to hold it together)
And done!
These are really tasty and surprisingly filling! I had 8 of them because i was scared i would binge and god I’m so full. I haven’t been this full in a long time. I hope this helped anyone who is looking for a low calorie lunch!
