new tapestry
saw obsession for the third time tonight. greatest score of the decade, i cried this go around. my golden rule of horror is that if you want it to be scary, it has to be sad, and cast and crew nailed it. i love movies.
made this public again, forgot it was even still private lol
are these laurels to be proud of?

RELEASE THE LYRICS PLEASE GOD
well. there are none. hence the gibberish.
@tankhall Out of curiosity, how do you feel about RDR?
was literally just talking about this with austin on our walk earlier. there’s such a haunting emptiness to the map in RDR1 that i never really attributed to the western genre before. maybe it’s because i played the zombie DLC long ago in highschool before i ever played the actual game but there’s really such a ghastly and ghoulish sensibility to the map , especially in the first section of the game before you storm the fort. (i’m not as big on the mexico chapter or the final chapter in the eastern part of the map). we were talking about how appealing the medieval genre is because even when it’s not designated as fantasy, it feels as though anything unexplained can be blamed on witches and magick and the fantastical which adds such a mysticism and excitement to the reader/watcher. i feel like red dead achieved this same level of curiosity as a western. i don’t even remember there being anything supernatural per se in the full game but all my hours spent riding my little horse around the bleakly empty map, i genuinely felt like i was being watched the entire time. i want to replay it soon, it was such a rich gaming experience that i wish i could have for the first time again.

almost died today
I’m psychic but it only happens about twice a year and pertains to situations that have 50/50 odds but they are going to give me my own television programme regardless.
