I visited San Sebastian about 10 years ago with a friend. I returned this winter with fresh new eyes and noticed this! It's an elevator and ramp that gives everyone access to this amazing beach......my travels suprise me time and time again. I continue to be moved by places that have been around for ages but can modify it's structure to make a difference. It makes me beyond happy.

We are once again applying to YC Combinator with new hopes. Our project has not developed at the speed we would like since we all have to keep our day jobs but it's coming along and we're very excited......but a little background on the bell pepper, it plays another founder on application video.
While walking around Toulouse France I stumbled upon a pop up exhibit created by Raphael Gracien. His art work aims at give disability a different perspective. He used the wheelchair logo as a center piece but gave each and everyone of them an awesome twist. The bond one was by far my fave!!! Excited about 2017
After a prolonged period of researching and planning the open access team has finally completed a large chunk of the system required to dispense accessibility information!!!! I’m beyond excited because it’s been a crazy year of planning, brainstorming, exciting news but also disappointment. I look forward to talking about our progress more often and hopefully very soon actually show off the information we will all share with each other. Let’s go 2017!

I just want to start by saying how amazed we are about the turn out of this kickstarter campaign. We decided to launch this campaign in hopes of simply reaching a handful of people along with our friends, but the results have been unbelievable.
The love for the map and our initiative has been felt from day one. People have contacted us from around the globe with such pride for their local metro stations and cities. People have praised our efforts for acknowledging that a need for accessibility information is out there and support us 100%.
This kickstarter campaign has really captured the notion of connectivity we promote through the world metro map and the goal we hope to achieve with our Open Access Initiative.

Eataly Rooftop
I was so disappointed to notice Eataly is not one of the most accessible restaurants. This has been our go to place throughout all of grad school for pretty much celebrations and let downs.
This restaurant bar has an amazing rooftop and great ambiance but getting up there is not easy. It takes notifying managers or hostesses then once you go up two elevators you still need a lift for the remaining 6 steps.
I guess if its not an ordeal for you or whoever you are meeting its still a great place for a glass of wine.
It's something to consider during an assessment.
