It has been done! Meadow finally has a design and I think he’s cute :3. I forgot to add his horns at first, but in the end I kind of like it. He’s just a silly guy who loves his big fish boyfriend. I had to add some extra doodles of him and Marley together, it’s just fun for me! My brain is blanking big time so I can’t explain or fully know what I’m gonna do with the two of them, but what ever I plan I’m excited as I quite like them both.

it's really disgusting how flight rising decided to associate "From the river to the sea" with phrases like "blue lives matter" and "maga"...

they claim that it's a "political slogan that can mean sooo many different things" but it's literally a call for freedom and decolonization, it's not that difficult to figure this out

if they're aware that "Free Palestine" on its own isn't political and is instead a call for freedom, why not do the same for "from the river to the sea, paletine will be free"?

I'm just looking back at this and again, it's just so baffling how "From the River to the Sea" (as well as ACAB/1312, since I personally believe the reasons given for why it's prohibited are complete bullshit) is including in next to literal bigoted rhetoric. Because it's a so-called "political slogan".

And looking at the allowed statements in the second image, it's clear that they have some understanding of human rights and humanitarian statements, but it just makes the prohibiting of "From the River to the Sea" make even less sense???

I'm really not vibing with whatever staff is doing now. Not only does there seem to be a total internal communication breakdown, there also seems to be an absolute disregard for how the players are affected by this.

Like, ignoring the fact that the consistency argument doesn't even hold water, their takeaway from the Fern/Paisley thread seems to have been "oh we gotta change Breakup and Hypnotic too!!"

And then completely reversing Sandsurge Blend on top of that? A gene that's been out for over half a year and was only listed as having the gradient softened, not reversed? Just a total failure to communicate and an absolute bullheadedness in pushing the changes through despite the very reasonable player concerns?

To top it all off, none of these are bug changes, they are style changes. Someone saw these genes before they went live, greenlighted them, and put them in the game. And now, months upon months later, someone else (presumably) says "fuck that, I want the gene to look like this instead" and that complete change is just... pushed through??

Like. Did they learn nothing from the Butterfly debacle, from Obelisk Flair, hell, from the Eyepocalypse?

What the fuck is going on behind the scenes?

Flight Rising Users for a Free Palestine

Hi there, as some of you are aware, there is a week long strike going on in support of Gaza and Palestine. In light of this, I wanted to extend the strike's reach to Flight Rising

This is Bisan, named after the journalist who set forth this strike. In her bio is a list of badges with links and resources to support Gaza and Palestine. I am encourage and welcome use of them in bios/your own works on FR.

While I am aware this may go against site policies, I am of the belief that Supporting Palestine is not a merely a political statement, but a moral one. Children far younger than 13 are being murdered, a current estimate is 17,000 children are now without parents. I am not seeking a statement from Staff, I only hope they do not hinder my efforts.
