The Little Ds theory #1

The little Ds are remnants of when the brothers became demons. Or atleast they are the excess magic they carry. I think Diavolo would have created the little Ds so that the brothers could be able to relax a bit without worrying about their powers going overboard and being difficult to control. They were all angels at one point and now they are all high ranking demons. That type of level up might be difficult if it happens too suddenly.

Mammon theory #3

Mammon wears his sunglasses in his normal form to try and hide his emotions. The mouth may lie and deny, but its harder if not impossible to lie with your eyes as they are the windows into the soul.

Diavolo theory #2

Diavolo was the original commissioner of the stickers of him in a dress and Lucifer on a unicorn. He thought the eldest brother would get a good laugh out of it and help him relax. Since the program began he had been extra tense with stress. Diavolo wanted to try and get him to crack a smile so he commissioned the younger brothers to make them only for it to go south. They never ratted out that it was originally the next demon king’s idea because they knew Lucifer wouldn’t believe them.

Leviathan theory #5

The reason Levi became obsessed with Ruri-chan was because he spent years thinking that his soul mate didn’t exist. He had waited for eons with no sign of them. He wanted someone to love him and he played an game where he was the main character and he had to woo Ruri-chan. She was the first to make him smile so she would always be special to him. When his soulmate does come along, they will understand Ruri-chan took care of him before they could arrive and he will love them more for understanding that.

Simeon theory #1

Simeon is actually a grim reaper. Angels and grim reapers are essentially the same beings just that they have the job of reaping the souls of the dead. Grim Reapers are also known as ‘Angels of Death’ They are essentially neutral parties and can travel between the heavens and underworld to send the souls where they belong. I believe Simeon is a grim reaper based mostly on how often he meets Diavolo for tea. He seems much more open than the average angel and him being a reaper would make sense. He would be welcomed in both realms because they both want him to deliver souls. He may have started as a regular angel, but he might have gotten a promotion to reaper.

Beelzebub theory #2

Beel is the only one of the brothers that can’t get easily drunk. Yes even Lucifer. He can out drink Lucifer. The avatar of gluttony has a large tolerance to alcohol to the point where you question if it even affects him at all.

Diavolo theory #1

The reason Diavolo gives so much responsiblity to Lucifer and always seems to have him doing paperwork is to keep his mind off of what happened to his family. He does it to keep him from feeling the regret of how they fell. His brothers followed him because he didn’t speak up to Lilith to stop her when she fell in love with that human. Plus he generally enjoys Lucifer’s company.

All brothers theory #1

The reason for the which animals they turned into is explained by their personality and things they are tied to. (These are my ideas and theories)

Lucifer turned into a wolf because of his ties and to Cerberus and he is the equivalent and metaphoric lone wolf of the family.

Mammon turned into a tiger for two reasons. One like Satan it was to oppose Lucifer’s transformation because Mammon gives his big brother the most headaches despite being his favorite. And two it’s a shout out to a company tiger wealth that helps individuals invest in wealth and increase their investments. AKA tiger = money, money = mammon

Levi turned into a giraffe to show his different tastes than his brothers. Like Asmo, he really doesn’t like to fight so he became a creature that doesn’t use hunting as a survival tactic

Satan turned into a cat for a few reasons. One to further differentiate him from Lucifer since Lucifer turned into a wolf aka a dog. The other was most likely due to his love of cats.

Asmo turned into a teddy bear (I see him as a plushie cuz he’s too cute to be a grizzly) because his personality would have wanted him to be adorable. The problem with him going into heat like that was the result of just a slight increase of his

Beel turned into a lion to express that he one of the physically strongest of the brothers when it comes to brawn strength. In the terms of might, he could probably lead if he needed to, but his stomach gets in the way too easily. He is loyal and protects those around him.

Belphie turned into a fox to represent his illusions. When you first meet him, he is pretending to be a human and dreams are that of illusions. Demon foxes known as kitsune was masters of illusions. The fluffy tail was just an added bonus

Leviathan theory #4

One of the real reasons Levi sleeps in a tub is because he is an extremely restless sleeper. He used to fall out of his bed all the time back in the celestial realm, so when he came across a high wall tub, he immediately fell in love with it because he did not end up waking up in the few mins of sleep he managed to get on the floor for once. Add a few pillows and blankets and it was PERFECT.

Lilith theory #2

If Lilith had become a demon instead being reborn as a human her animal avatar would have been a sheep. It would have been used to symbolize the lamb that fell in love with the lion. The lion did the same and fell for the sheep but by falling for the human as she did, it ultimately lead to hers and her brothers downfall. Plus I think MC having a sheep as the original pic ties into this concept as well. Plus Lilith fits into what would be the 8th deadly sin. “the sin against the holy ghost” Basically to deny who you are and why you exist. She denied him to save the human she loved dearly

The envy symbol is supposed to look like a fish hook and matches Leviathan’s eyes.

The reason the 4th brother started liking cats was because he was trying to be different than Lucifer. Lucifer has Cerberus, a three headed DOG. so to prove that he was not like Lucifer, he started an interest in cats only to consumed by the adorable fluff.
