NEW THIS YEAR: We actually introduced 2 brand new moving targets last year that NO ONE got to see or use because our event was rained out, AND we will have a 3rd brand new moving target that will be very challenging! What a beautiful day to have a picnic! Today, we held our Club-sponsored picnic to show our members just how much we appreciate them. We know their time is valuable and we truly appreciate their work throughout the membership year. Twenty or so members came out today to eat, shoot bows, tell stories, play badminton, and throw some bean bags into that really small hole! 😂 We christened a new flattop grill (generously donated to the club by Pete) this afternoon, as Grill Master Sargeant Mark grilled us up some beef hot dogs, turkey dogs, and beef burgers. 🍔🌭 Kitchen Committee President, Walt and his lovely wife, Alice provided some delicious homemade pasta salad, bottled water, soda, sweet tea, and homemade caramel corn! 🍿😍 Along with the caramel corn, we had some delicious @dunkin donuts for dessert that Sonny provided as a belated tribute to #NationalDonutDay! 🍩 Side Note: Our Kitchen Committee took a lot of pride in coordinating the picnic details, so we would also like to thank them for their time. We hope you all enjoyed yourselves today. We genuinely appreciate all that you do for this club! We truly cannot thank you enough because you help make this such a great place to come and do what we all love to do: shoot bows!
