My gut reaction is that their go-to is missionary so they can argue and make serious eye contact. I mean, look at this intensity:

I also think that having known one another in their youth, back when they were trying to find themselves and deal with all their teenage angst, they couldn't help but share how vulnerable they were - and as a result, as adults, there's a weird familiarity there that makes it easy to be open about things like sex.
They're both really comfortable with switching roles in the bedroom, but I head canon that she defaults to submissive and he defaults to dominating because (a) Satine gets to relax and not have to make decisions and run the show for once, and (b) Obi-Wan can take charge and decide (without Council insight, without having to listen to the Force, etc., etc.); but the thing about this dynamic is that they're painfully honest and hold a deep respect for each other, so it's functional and doesn't tiptoe into degradation or abuse.
(Also, I know a lot of F/M romances adhere to these roles and it can be tireddddddd as fuck, but I see Satine's submission and Obi-Wan's domination as being more of a psychological thing than a kink one.)
THAT BEING SAID -
I think they're both pretty much open to fairly common kinks, with the exception of humiliation stuff (I can't see either one of them not taking it personal and getting haughty in the heat of the moment), and things with bodily fluids (and no offense to those who are into urination and defecation kinks, because I don't judge! I just don't see it for them).
He's definitely used the Force to restrain her, and she's definitely rage baited him to use it. Her shimmersilk robes have often been used to tie him to her headboard, too.
She's probably licked the syrup from uj'alayi (uj cake) off his body a time or two.
He's fond of whispering dirty things in her ear when they get a random moment of privacy in public, and then edging her later in private.
They've sent encrypted dirty holos many a time.
Maybe they've even role played a little with him wearing a helmet or her putting on his tabards and whatnot.
All in all, though, I think they mostly start off arguing and then it leads to pretty tame stuff - missionary, her sitting in his lap, him pushing her up against the wall, whatever.
But again, this is all just my silly little thoughts about a couple that, as far as we know, never did anything in canon. (BUT IN MY HEAD, THEY DID IT ALLLLLLLLLLLLLL.)
And I think I'll leave it at that for now! :)
