I always wonder how strong Lan Jingyi must be because he is basically a mini Wei Wuxian with attitude and love for alcohol so he must get punished a lot and the Lan disciples when in punishment do their rule copying whilst doing handstands so he must be pretty strong because of his big mouth right?

Because handstands help build muscle in your arms, shoulders, back, core and chest. Especially when doing it for extended periods of time.

So he must be one of the physically strongest Lan juniors if not all of the juniors.

God the Yi City arc is so tragic. Like Xiao Xingchen was really just trying to be a good person and saved Xue Yang and yet he was manipulated and lied to. He trusted the wrong person and paid with his life. It's just so sad that Song Lan only managed to find him when it was too late. And A-Qing doing her best to bring justice to Xiao Xingchen even in death. Ugh... my heart hurts for them. It's all so sad.
