EXO's Kris is seeking to terminate his contract with SM Entertainment

Shocking news has come for the fans of EXO as it has been reported that Kris is asking SM Entertainment to nullify his contract

I cannot say that I am surprised. But I am still left speechless and saddened that this happened.

Kris, I don't know the real you. Because I know that every aspect that we know about you is staged for show, for the camera. Whatever is in your mind is unknown to the rest of us. To you, we are only fans who idolize and worship the image that SM has built onto you.

But I do know that this is a scary thing for any employee. Especially when the livelihood of 11 other people are dependent on your actions.

So from one employee to another: Do what is the best for you. And I hope your 11 team mates will understand you and forgive you for it. If it is true that your employer is abusing you, then you have every right to stand up and fight for yourself, so that employers will know not to cross that line in order to gain more profit.

To the rest of the EXO members, may you guys have the strength to go through this. I will still support you guys all the way, because you guys still worked hard - maybe harder than other groups I've seen. To go through this kind of hardship so early on is devastating, and it is not your fault. Do not blame yourselves.

Just keep pushing.

Don't let another person dampen your spirits. Do NOT let someone else crush your dreams that you have spent every drop of blood, sweat and tears on. You got here on your own accord - based on your own talents. Keep on going, even if someone close to you stops.

This is what I believe is my complete unbiased thoughts on Ringa Linga.

Yes, I did think about Growl when I saw the video. Why? Because I don't recall seeing the same technique used for any other artist, korean or western alike.

A lot of VIPs say watch Love Song and Bad Boy if you aren't familiar with the technique. To be completely objective, it's actually quite different. I watched both MVs like 82647484 times. I still think it's a different CONCEPT altogether.

Yes it was all taken in one shot, but you don't get the feeling that they're dancing *all around you*. That's what so special about both Ringa Linga and Growl. It's that feeling of being surrounded by these wonderful dancers. THAT was a concept that BOTH had in common.

Why are both sides being so butthurt about this? So what if who did what first? Is that technique copyrighted as theirs? No.

EXO and Taeyang did the same dancing concept. The question should not be who did it first, but who did it better!

In my completely unbiased opinion as someone who is independantly studying dance, I really think Taeyang's version wins hands down.

The dancers actually used existing space and interacted with it. Think Parkour but dance version. They went outside and through corridors. That's what dance is about! It's about being free and fluid, not confined to one place.

In closing, I also hope EVERYONE picks up this kind of choreography. I'm personally sick of people dancing in boxes already.

What makes a killer?

I will probably remove this later coz I have no idea where to put this for now. I just needed to let this out.

The thing is, believe it or not, every one of us is capable of killing. Every good deed we did doesn't make us a saint. Even though every sin we did doesn't make us the devil.

The friends of that guy cannot come to terms that he killed an innocent 15 year old. They keep saying that he is too nice, he wouldn't do such thing.

I understand. Really. If you meet someone nice who has helped you out in a lot of things, and you feel safe around him, you automatically don't associate him as the killer.

But you need to understand that killers live normal lives too. They can be your friend, boyfriend girlfriend, son daughter aunty uncle... All doing things to survive in this world. So if they keep killing, how would they survive at all because they would be caught all the time? Doesn't that make sense? If you look at it another way, if they don't act normal, how would they get victims to trust them enough to spend a day at his house?

Think about it for a second, please...

Ted Bundy, a profilic serial killer, has been described those who knew him as a very intelligent, helpful man, and he was adored by many. Many people knew him.

Not every killer bears the typical resemblance of a psycho killer. Not every killer is inward and antisocial. Just like people, killers and not all the same. The only common thing they have is their most powerful weapon... That weapon is merely trust. That is all they need.

I guess what I am trying to say is... It's a very tragic thing that happened. To the girl who died fighting for her life in fear of being raped. To the single mother who frantically was looking for her daughter for a whole day, showing her daughter's picture on her phone while crying and begging for her return. To the boy who was only 23 years old to have his entire life turned upside down and his future diminished. And to their friends and family running in circles over this matter, not knowing what to make of it.

I believe that he tried to rape her and instinctively hit her with the dumbbell when she bit him. It could be an accident, it could be pre-meditaded.

Accident or not, he took a life. And I really do believe that he should pay. To let him walk free just means you're saying "It's okay, you did nothing wrong."

Imagine if the dead could speak. What would the girl say? Would she ever say "let him go, it was an accident."? NO. Don't forget SHE DIED TRYING TO DEFEND HERSELF. IT WAS NOT LIKE SHE WAS LYING ON THE FLOOR DOING SOMETHING AND HE WAS MOVING THE DUMBBELL AND IT SLIPPED FROM HIS HAND AND HIT HER HEAD. HE TOOK THE DUMBBELL AND STRIKED AT HER HEAD. OMG. SHE WAS ONLY 15 FOR GOD'S SAKE.

I am sorry. But to those defending him, I understand your loyalty, but PLEASE don't be biased. I may be biased too because I don't know him, but at least I let evidence speak for itself.

The guy had a bite mark on his hand. He was the last person with her. He confessed and led police to the body. Tell me, if he was not the killer, how would he know where is the body?? It was 10km away!!!!! If someone asked me where is the hitz.fm roadsters right now I have no fricking idea leh. They could be anywhere!! So how is that not enough to tell you that he did it?? 10km is bloody far ok!

I swear if he walks free, everyone who supports him will bear the sin of a murderer too...

Some people say that he is mentally unstable because he was abused by his father when he was young.

Newsflash. Not everyone who was abused when young turn into killers. Although I do recognize that abuse is a serious issue that can leave damaging marks on a person.

Reactions of abuse can manifest in a person over the years. Aggression is one of them. I recognize that. However... I don't see how this justifies his actions. It just explains WHY he did it. It's like saying Ted Bundy should have been freed because he was a psychopath who could not feel empathy since he was young. (Psychopathy is now being debated as being a mental illness).

Knowing about something doesn't make it right. It just means you know more about what happened.

I hope he doesn't enter an insanity plea... In fact the insanity plea should have not existed in the first place. We are already insane if we could kill someone. Accidental death is another issue. But how can we prove that it was accidental, unless it was a clear-cut case?

Whatever the case is... I hope justice will be served to thos who deserve it. And I hope everyone can open their eyes and accept the truth, whatever it is.

I AM GOING TO MTV WORLD STAGE MALAYSIA TO SEE EXO IN SEPTEMBER!

Translation of a Chinese fan’s deep, deep analyzation of this picture: 

1. Location: Tachibana’s room (home), it’s easy to see from things displayed in the background, the pillow is green, the tie is green, and the button up shirt and pants is neatly hanged

2. Time: Between 10 to 12 o’clock at night, the evidence are the children fast asleep in their arms, children under 12 feel sleepiness 2 hours after eating a meal, from the deep state of sleep the two kids seem to be in, it’s 3 or 4 hours after eating.  According to Japanese tradition to finish eating around 7:30, right now the time is about 10:30.

3. Situation: parents are not home, so the two are asked to take care of the kids, and after getting the kids to sleep, the two begin playing X-box in Tachibana’s room.  Evidence: they’re holding typical X-box controllers, looking at the controller in the center and the two buttons on the sides

4. The most important thing! They just finished showering! And they’re both wearing Tachibana’s clothes!!!!!! Evidence: Tachibana is wearing his own clothes, the sleeve falls just in the middle of his upper arm, but on Haru’s body the sleeve covers the whole upper arm and are making folds.  With someone like Haru who speaks of “tightness" (just look at how he picks his swim suits in episode 4!), there is no way he would buy such a loose, large shirt that doesn’t fit him.  This has to be Tachibana’s shirt!

5. Shower time: in the picture both of their hair are wet! Haru’s head has 3 droplets of water, and Machibana has 4 droplets of water. According to Japan’s summer average air moisture off 66%, with this assumption and that each person takes average of 10 minutes to shower, 3 drops and 4 drops of water means….! There is no time difference!!!! They showered together!!! If they didn’t shower together, the wetness of their hair should have significant difference!  For example if Haru showered first, his hair would be mostly dry, and Tachibana stilld dripping wet, and vice versa.  So, no question, they definitely showered together!!

6. Room decoration: Tachibana has a rectangular room with his bed on the right of the door, on the left is the TV with X-box, so there are no two beds in the room.  On the lower left corner there is a white square pillow, which probably belong to a leather sofa.   That means on the left of the X-box is Tachibana’s desk.  According to previous deductions, it’s already around 10, that means there is no way Haru is going home (and he already showered!)  Where would Haru sleep?  The sofa?  To accordance to Japanese hospitality, there is no way to let a guest sleep on the sofa.  Especially since they knew each other from youth. The guest room?  Not probable.  Tachibana has a 5 people family, parents and two little siblings.  A typical Japanese home, has master bedroom, children room, guest room, these three types.  Master bedroom is for the parents, children room for the siblings, and Tachibana took the guest room as his own.  This means…. Haru is sleeping in Tachibana’s room! There’s only one bed in Tachibana’s room!  Which means they’re sleeping together! The pillow is already ready!!! yoooooooooooo!!
