⭐ do a face mask
⭐ paint your nails
⭐ take a shower or a bath
⭐ write a short story
⭐ drive around the neighborhood a few times
⭐ exercise a little
⭐ make a “weight journal” where you write down exercises, low cal food, etc..
⭐ get rid of all junk food. sometimes binging happens, but its 100x better for you if you binge on stuff like fruits and low cal foods. it might even help your metabolism.
