lowk kinda wanna go back to my au where sl actually helped xy just before he dies, only to force him to revive xingchen. but like. he'd probably keep feeling guilty and selfish for the entire process bc he knows dang well the fact that his soul shatters is bc he has no will to live anymore. he knows so well that reviving xxc is just forcing him to relive the pain.
