I seem to have developed a thing specifically for xue yang getting fisted by song lan...

It occured to me that at least one of the reasons why I like it so much when Song Lan is in the throuple is because he Changes His Mind On something Big - Because He Sees the Humanity of his (former) Enemy. Sure, people change their minds all the time about small things: last month I was all about the strawberry ice-cream but now I'm all about "Rocky Road", yesterday I had subscription to Netflix but today I cancelled it and have [something else]. People never change their mind about Big Things: I used to vote for [this party] and I will continue to do so until I die. Song Lan goes from "All People Who Do Harm Must Be Harmed in Return as Punishment" over to "too much harm is bad for everyone and is not in fact the best option", and all the way to "I don't want to harm/keep hurting the person who harmed/had hurt me". And he hasn't even seen the "Chengmei for 3 years" version, so he literally goes through all that after seeing Xue Yang suffer through the absence of Xiao Xingchen - probably have same feelings as Song Lan himself, with the additional bitterness of failures to revive the corpse. And he gets to the point "This person is human just like me". And in the tv show he cries about it (among many other legitimate reasons). I do not for a moment believe that Song Lan owes any allegiance to the tenets of his ancestors which he witnesses become harmful in his own lifetime. I remember reading in "Song of Ice and Fire" about some character who went and killed a couple of kids - and then he was suffering, and his suffering was described in Great Detail. And I remember thinking "serves you RIGHT, child killer" - and I also remember thinking "OK THAT'S ENOUGH STOP HURTING HIM".

Speedran a Songxuexiao paper standee from one of my works.

I split up the original artwork in a separate document, and then shrank the sizes down for printing on the cardstock (which I chose a light orange for the tree and songxuexiao, and then a light blue for the grass and background).

I cut off a flap from a random cardboard box and used a box cutter to make a slit for the background to slide into. And then it was just a matter of cutting the other stuff out. My hand hurts lol.
