DAY 359: TWISTED OMEN

Finally colored my inked version of Omen. It took a while but it was very worth it!

Omen emerged from deep of his chambers as a twisted dragon of unstable power; after a long, agonizing metamorphosis. After consuming a young, helpless Primal Nocturne (powerful children made by their deities) his body started to twist and forge itself into a monstrous form. As a Flesh-Weaver dragon they gain strength from feeding upon their prey and it is unknown what would happen if they consumed a Primal Dragon…until now.

Harnessing the shadows to his advantage and incredible strength. unfortunately he gained the Primal’s vulnerabilities as well; weak and frail in natural lights and must retreat to the shadows during exposed sunlight.

The Flesh-Weaver Clan and the Synergy Clan they took refuge are very concern from this act. the Weavers claim this as a great discovery to advance their empire; while the Synergys are concern and afraid of what they’ll do to future Primals they discover.

Omen is now a nocturne in-game but he has made himself a twisted hybrid. Cloven claws, large wing span, holding the features of a nocturne. While still holding on his previous ridgeback features: long snout, hooked claw, thorny back and wings, and his large size; despite being shrunk slightly during his metamorphosis.

It has been a long year for art. I really do think I made some improvement from the beginning of the year. Despite not getting the time needed to draw between June and July i was able to pull off some good pieces. Can’t wait to see what the new year brings!
