henry can also ask the local scribe what's what in the city & sure enough covertly find out more about king's whereabouts

it feels like he's about to subtly turn questions from where exactly is the king? can i visit? to how well-guarded is the monastery? like baby chill akskdks

during king's gambit, the guy is a rusty fork away from regicide (unless you find the dagger), afterwards hynek comments on it too:
