⭐A little bit about myself, my name is Karen and I'm 33 years old. I have been practicing since I was 12 years old. It started with tarot cards and it wasn't until I was 17 when I began my witchy journey. There were lots of mistakes, restarting, feeling lost, wondering if I was enough, trying different things, taking breaks, but eventually I found my spiritual practice! I know who I am, my strengths, and how to navigate life with my magick.

⭐I will be posting about how I go about things, what my daily life looks like as a spirit worker/death witch, nature/green witch, and divination witch. Who also does dream magick and follows Deities and works with the infernal divine (Astarte and Lucifuge Rofocale).

One of my witchy friends gifted me a poppet with a set of pins a few years ago. If I use poppets it's mainly for myself such as healing, manifesting, etc. Never used them on other people. So, this one became a cute decoration piece and had them on my shelf. Along with the set of pins. I also gave it a dried piece of grain I had laying around. Even after all these years they still have that little smile on their face.

💀Graveyard Dirt💀

I love me some good graveyard dirt. They can be used to; hex, curse, in command or control spells, and in reversal spells.

But graveyard dirt can also be used for protection, love, luck, and money spells! Which is what I do with my graveyard dirt. Use it like you do with herbs. Just sprinkle a bit into your jars, sachets, or spells.

If spirit work or death witchcraft interest you, graveyard dirt can help make communicating with the other side easier. And some haunted items like to receive graveyard dirt as an offering too!

🌑New/Full Moon Manifestation Ritual🌕

The manifestation ritual uses the power of words to weave a story into existence.

1. This ritual is to be done at night. When the moon is completely gone from the sky or is the brightest sphere in the sky.

2. Find a place where you won’t be interrupted at all, somewhere you can write comfortably. And turn off all electronics for zero distractions.

3. In your space, feel free to add candles, incense, petals, whatever you feel guided to make this experience magically.

4. Find beautiful paper to write your story on. And use a pen that you love to use.

5. This is optional but you can add scent to your paper. Spritz your favorite scent on the paper and let dry before you begin to write to avoid smearing the words.

6. You are now going to write a letter to the moon. Tell the moon the story you want to create into reality. It can be about you getting your dream job, being able to handle your depression/anxiety, anything you want. Be as detailed as possible! Do not be worried about censoring yourself or what people will think of you. No one will see this letter but you. So be honest and truthful!

7. When you are finished take it outside or go to an area where you can see the moon, such as through a window.

8. Read your letter aloud so your voice can come out. (You can also read your letter quietly if you prefer.) The vibrations from your voice are going to carry it towards the moon.

9. When you are done, fold your letter however you like. You can also place the letter in an envelope and seal it with a sticker. Place this letter on your altar or where you will be able to see it often. If you live with other people, place it in a secret place only you know, and will see often.

10. If you added extra things to your space, now is the time to clean up. Snuff your candles, put away petals etc.

11. Every night, look over at your letter and recall the the story you want to manifest.

12. Now watch as things start to happen. It may take a few days, weeks, months, or even next year. But telling your story will make them come true!

i had a snipping of pine tree for a long time, not knowing what to do with it and three selenite wands just minding their own business doing nothing special. so, after seeing the op, i did my own variation of it

cut up piece of scarf i have been using for crafting, bay leaf with Algiz rune and evil eye for protection, pine cuttings for protection, all wrapped around selenite wands for cleansing

i placed one on my altar, one by our front door, and one in my bedroom window sill

✨The besom I have hanging over my bedroom door. I've had this for over 10 years now! It is still in really good shape. And even after all this time I still love it very much.

From what I know brooms are a symbol of good luck around the world. They sweep away bad luck and protect against evil. A light sweeping not only cleans the physical space, it clears out negative energies that have accumulated since the last cleaning.

Often found just inside a home hanging with the bristles up to ward off evil spirits, negative energies, and to protect the people of the home.

The broom could also be hung over a door with the bristles facing down. Which is how I have the besom positioned over my bedroom door. The bristles act like a net, catching bad energies trying to enter.

Every other month I will take it down to give it a good smoke cleanse. I would add some protection oil or spray it with a protection spray. Depends on what I'm feeling at the moment. Then it goes back above my door.

🔮Using Numbers as Divination🔮

You probably have come across numbers like 111, 333 and people turning them into messages. But there is a way to read numbers beyond that! For example you might be out and about and keep seeing 457 or a number like 29 keeps popping in your head. Those numbers can be interpreted into messages too!

Below is a list of interpretations that I use to read the numbers. Each number can have multiple meanings and you will need to use your intuition to decide which one sounds right. Some people interpret the numbers differently. Feel free to change them to what makes more sense to you!

0- Higher source (Divine, Universe, God, Goddess, Infernals, etc.). Divine Interaction, Something coming to an end, New beginnings about to start, Coming full circle

1- Manifesting, Awakening, Be mindful of thoughts

2- It's close to 1 in meaning but leans more on don't worry, keep faith, connection. In other words 1 is you have the power to manifest and 2 is don't stop believing.

3- Most of the time it relates to ascending masters but to those who don't know them or work with them this can be an eh number. I prefer to read 3 as people or beings from the other side (guides, angels, pets, fae, etc.) helping you.

4- Your spirit guides or higher source are working on your request or prayers

5- Change, Hope, Opportunities showing up, Be courageous or adventurous

6- Love, Family, Community, Overly focus on material things

7- Big thumbs up by a higher source, Heading in the right direction, Keep going, Your priorities are correct

8- Abundance, Prosperity. When 8 is on its side ♾️ means infinity

9- Get to work, Humanitarian, Concerned with saving the world or community, Get moving your procrastinating, Follow your passion or joy

Wondering how this works? Let's say the number 58 keeps popping in your head. Using the list it can be read as opportunities opening up and a flow of abundance flowing in soon. Keep seeing 307? It can be read as spirit guides helping you as something new is happening and to keep doing what you're doing.

Learning this is going to be similar to learning a new language. Might be tough at first but keep practicing! Eventually you will go from reading numbers like 444 or 777 to more complex numbers like 925 and 0061.

Also, not all numbers are going to be messages! Use discernment to decide if the numbers are signs or something to ignore.

This can also be used in Tarot or Oracle too! First read the cards, then numbers, then add them all together.

After 2 months I finally finished "Shadow Work," by Vincenzo Venezia. It's a small book but the exercises take time to do which is why it took a while to get through. I really loved the book! I love how each topic is explained, using psychology and science, yet it was very easy to understand. And then it provides some exercises that are both journaling and actions to help explore your shadow. I came out of it with a better understanding about myself. And although it was rough at times I'm glad I have stuck with it to the end.

✨ Witchy Tip: Count the Star Anise Points✨

Star Anise is one of my favorite herbs and is known to increase psychic powers, provide protection, and bring good fortune.

But did you know if you find one with 7 points it's lucky. And if you find one with more than 8 points it's considered extra lucky✨

Earlier in the year I redid my altars to my Deities. I was running into the problem of life getting busy and their altars getting pushed into the background. I was feeling bad and wanted to create a better setup especially for times when life got in the way. My solution was using their domains, what they rule over, and blending it to spaces where I do those activities often.

For example The Morrigan, one of the things she's associated with is Divination and so I have her altar where I do my card readings. Astarte helps with self confidence and so I have her altar, surrounded with affirmations, on a shelf over my bed. Lucifuge helps with business so I have their altar near my desk where I do my work, finances, shadow work, writing and research. I visit these spots very often or daily.

So, when life gets too busy I can still honor and acknowledge them by doing activities that fall under their specialty. And also because their altars are in places I naturally use in my day to day life. Compare to where they were originally although nice, ended up in the background when things got hectic.

It's been working really well! Sometimes they would drop a vision or words into my mind, I have clairaudience and clairvoyance, while I'm near them. Or I simply feel their energy around me. Makes me feel less guilty when life gets in the way. And I find this setup a great way to bond and connect with them!

There are 2 orange trees next to my apartment and during this time you can see them blooming little white flowers. And with that bees come to visit! I love watching them flying around. And sometimes I will catch them chilling on my window screen for a bit before they fly off. One of my favorite things about spring. And they're not the only visitors. Butterflies, praying mantises, and hummingbirds show up during this time too! This photo was taken in the early morning. Being near each other and sharing our time together feels magical to me every time.

I got this painting plaque at an estate sale! It's called "The White Girl," or "Symphony in White, No.1" by James McNeill Whistler. As soon as I saw it I fell in love with it and had to bring it home!
