The idea of using a paper doll chain in a spell popped in my head recently so, I decided to do a spell to strengthen intuition using paper✨ I folded a strip of paper, drew a humanoid figure, cut it out, and decorated them as moon cycles🌕 Then I added a sigil on each one. I also added a bit of protection oil on the strings and tied them to the paper dolls to be able to hang them up. I really like how it came out! I'm planning on putting them on my wall where my desk is because I use that space to journal, do card readings, and creative work.

I haven’t done a true, dedicated spell Since high school. I do things with intent, but never something so premeditated and specific. I am having a hard time trusting myself and my decisions, so I did a spell jar to allow me to trust in the decisions I make for my future.

Inner Intuition Spell Jar

Chamomile (for relaxation and calm decision making) Lavender (for Trust and safety) Cinnamon (fast action) Salt (Banishment of negative energies) Quartz (Charged with new moon energies) Lock of my hair Purple Glitter (Intuition) Paper with my intent Black Candle (Banishment of negative thoughts)

I wrote my intent on a piece of paper, placed it in the jar with my hair and some salt and thought heavily of what I wanted while I let it burn like incense. I then layered the chamomile, lavender, some more salt (I have hella negative thoughts) before pushing the quartz in and adding the cinnamon and glitter.

I then sealed it with the black candle, and now it remains on my altar as a reminder that I am in charge of my own life and to trust that I know what is best for me.
