Do you edit with DaVinci Resolve. If you do do you have problems with it saying that the GPU memory is full, but then you checked and saw that your GPU is like barely used when running DaVinci, and the memory isn't full?

I do edit with DaVinci, but honestly I’ve never had that issue. From looking at a couple forums probably the main reason for that is because my computer has a higher processing power to handle the load. It also probably helps that I use a separate ssd with strict file sorting for all of the clips and audio I use for each edit. It might be useful to start there, and then possibly look into upgrading RAM if that doesn’t work.
