Hi….I hope you're doing fine… I'm sorry if I am bothering you in any way but I kinda need your help……so I came across your "void in a nutshell video" on YouTube, and there you had answered some questions people had and those answers resonated with me and answered some of my own questions, I really liked your perspective on the void….. Now for me I have been learning to enter the void state for quiet some time (I won't get into how long because time is irrelevant anyway) and I have seen amazing progress I even once had an out of body experience (like I was trying to enter the void but I got frustrated and turned to sleep, got sleep paralysis instead, affirmed I was in void and suddenly felt myself leave my body and then couldn't feel my body except for how dry my throat was suddenly, I affirmed for my desires but they didn't manifest so I don't know what that state was) and that experience made me realize that the Void is Indeed real before this it just sounded too good to be true……but my main concern is I always reach the "doorway" to the void like I am about to spill or ascend or dissolve but it never happens, I am able to maintain this state for long time (like I don't 'chase' the symptoms and i have learned not to get excited since it pulls me out) but it just doesn't happen, at first I thought maybe it's because I am micromanaging everything but today I wasn't and still nothing, it's either I am right at this "doorway" or I am slipping into a state where I'm no more aware….so please help me if you can…..I just wanna get it over with you know Also another question and this one might be annoying, but do you have any tips on how to deal with outside noises?….now please understand that I live in a desi household and its always noisy and the only calm I can really have is at night. The problem is I sleep with my mom since I don't have my own room, but my mom snores, like really really loud. Don't get me wrong I love that woman to my bones but it just make me so frustrated…..I followed your tip by trying to gaslight myself that this sound is in the void (you mentioned it in a comment you answered in YouTube), it worked for some time but then it started distracting me again……thank you for reading this whole rant, you're amazing. I am going to answer your question 1 by 1, hope it doesnt sound like 🥸hehe:
The reason your throat felt dry could be because, while you were affirming in your mind, your consciousness felt as if you were actually speaking, a kind of placebo effect
One thing I’ve noticed is that different people have different ways of reaching the void state. Some zone out, some reach it during sleep, some through sudden realization, and some require practice. But the common thing among all of them is this: no matter how they reach it, they surrender, and manifestation happens. If you feel desperate or think that something didn’t manifest, it’s your ego self trying to prove you wrong. In the void state, the ego dissolves, and you no longer feel the need to prove anything or even to manifest. You simply experience things without the urge to force them, For this reason, I highly suggest writing down all your desires in a way that helps you detach from the ego. It sounds paradoxical, but it works! ex: if you feel desperate to manifest a car because other people have one, "because it would reduce public traveling costs, make life easier, or allow you to flex" you’ll notice that this desire is attached to your ego. You’re thinking only about yourself, comparing yourself to others who seem to be living their best lives! Instead, try writing in your diary how having a car could make your life easier and improve the lives of others....your friends, family, or people who may need instant help getting somewhere. Not only will these people bless you, but this approach also dissolves the desire of “wanting” and gives new meaning to “having.”! This exercise doesn’t just help with manifestation; it also improves your quality of life and success. Every time you do something, you won’t be acting out of desperation but from a solid reason. This heals craving, fuels passion, and helps you live life passionately! Side note: This exercise is meant to help dissolve the ego both in the void state and in your everyday reality.
about different state, Any state can help you manifest, literally anything. So don’t worry about which state you’re in... all of it is created by the subconscious.
about the doorway step, This part is kind of complicated because I’ve had multiple experiences and have also observed different people’s perspectives. One thing I’ve noticed is that our mind is always playing with us, especially the subconscious mind. Even though it has no eyes, it “sees” and identifies through experience and beliefs, let me cook: try to undedtand this, The subconscious knows that the body sleeps during meditation. Consciously, we put ourselves into that state; we are the ones sending the signal to the subconscious. To test us, subconscious makes the body itch, causes heavy breathing, tingling sensations, or even throws random memories at us to check whether we are physically awake or not. It waits for our reaction. If we succeed, we enter the void state (egoless presence), Now, at the doorway step, it does something similar. To test consciousness and the body, it may activate the ego through random micro-activities, sleep paralysis, itching, nervousness, a dry throat, or even desperation. Or it may put you to sleep and push you into a lucid dream, astral projection (rare cases), or an out-of-body experience (like in your case). But you still don’t reach the void, For this, I suggest writing down everything you experience...even micro-feelings, to find the best “hack” for reaching the void. Your void is a personal experience; you only need to reach it once. But you’ll need to try different things and fail. By writing down your failures, you’ll start to see what works for you. You need to observe what your subconscious is trying to play with....it’s like a game! If you want to manifest instantly, I’d say use other methods as well. You don’t need only the void to manifest. There are thousands of methods....explore them while practicing the void. Think of the void as a bonus point🥴.
tips for noise
I know how it feels to live in a noisy household where you can’t even eat without random noises from inside the house and outside...especially when your home is located near busy roads. Crazy! honestly😬😬
Find a headset that cancels noise, or you can do a DIY version: put cotton in your ears and wear those cold ear muffs kids wear these days (you can search them online). This will help minimize noise at night. Even better, if you buy a proper headset, you can listen to binaural beats during meditation.
You can also wrap a towel around your ears or use a soft T-shirt after putting cotton in your ears. It works too.
As for now I only have these tricks if I find anything extra I"ll update you here :3
