outofpower; Howdy-ho there. Had a lot of life stuff happen in the last few months which killed my activity, but it's resolved itself, and the new FNAF game came out (which was graciously gifted to me at the low cost of my soul), so I'm going to try and get active on this blog again. He’d turned before the feed had changed back to him. Bonnie and Chica weren’t anywhere to be seen but he remained where he was standing proudly upon the stage, slack jawed just slightly as if he was smiling brightly towards the camera. He’d wait when he knew that little flicker would change, signaling the guard having changed to a new feed somewhere else as Bonnie and Chica wouldn’t let him look at that for long.

After checking the blind spots by his doors, Mike looked to check the cameras. He started with the stage only to find Freddy smiling at him. No Chica or Bonnie. Shit. He quickly flicked through the feeds. Foxy wasn't in Pirate Cove either. Quickly, Mike would check his blind spots. The first to get there was Foxy, and he quickly closed the door to keep the animatronic out. With the sound of Foxy banging on the door as his background ambiance, Mike caught Bonnie and closed the door on them too. It was close, but he made it. He was safe for now, as he nervously eyed his power levels. 95%, and steadily dropping. Checking to make sure Foxy was gone, Mike would open that door, and then check to see if Bonnie was still outside the door. They were. A nervous sigh escaped Mike's lips as he flicked through the cameras to see where Chica was... Hopefully, she was busy in the kitchen.

Seeing as this odd endoskeleton-guy wasn’t bothering to close any doors—which, was rather odd, as he’d done that in a panic so many times before—she took a few steps into the office, magenta hues focused on the guard in front of her. “Why would I go back to the stage? I’m only here to make sure you get back in your suit, is all.” She stated, matter-of-factly.
…Has he heard her speak before? No? Whatever.
Oh right, the door. His hand went for the button, but by the time it even got close, Bonnie already had a foot in the door. Something in his mind told him that breaking the animatronic would result in being fired so it'd be bad, and the voice that told him his life was more important came too late. Then she... talked? Mike stared with his mouth agape, and finger hovering over the button. "I- What?" he said. "You talk? You- We can communicate? Look, I'm- This is my suit, sort of, I just, I'm not an endoskeleton, promise." He wasn't sure if he was hallucinating or not, but it couldn't hurt to try and come to some sort of understanding with Bonnie.

AU where Mike gets picked up by the SCP foundation to be an agent. Mike: "Please, god no, I don't want another job like that." SCPF: "We need your kind of expertise, son, and if you don't accept this job we'll have to silence you in other ways."

Headcanon #1: After the job at Freddy Fazbear's, Mike gets on edge when he sees anything that's fluffy and reminiscent of a mascot. Animatronics, and people in mascot suits are the worst, of course, but sometimes even just stuffed animals will put him on edge. Despite knowing his fears are validated, he still feels self-conscious, and worries about how others might judge him for being afraid of things that are socially considered 'cute and harmless'.
