The brilliant thing about this isn’t just the CGI, it’s the clever little touches of humor– mussing the boy’s hair, saving the goldfish, drinking the soda can, the moonwalk, lining up the dart with the dartboard. I notice new details every time I see this clip. You can watch this scene with zero context and still fully enjoy it. You don’t need to know who he is or who he’s saving or why. There’s a guy who runs real fast and he’s saving people from an explosion, and he’s having a blast with it, and that’s all you need to know. It’s entertaining and fully comprehensible even if you know nothing about the movie. That’s damn good filmmaking.

A/N: Heyo! I’m back from the dead - not going to be here for long I just kind of fell down the rabbit hole of this blog and I realised I missed making content for the fandom. Even though it’s dead I just decided to resurrect my blog for a bit and make a POC fancast. I love his movies but never saw the sex appeal to him that everyone does and I find him a little shady looking and intimidating at times which is why he’s my Clarkson.

Eady is known to look like Amberly so I picked someone who looks like Camila Mendes who will always be my Eady. Sofia and Camila have similiar bone structure and eyes. Sofia is usually known to be provocative but I think she has an air of class to pull off being Amberly.

Jamie Camil as Shalom Singer

I really liked the idea of Latinx!Singers so I rolled with it. Jamie plays such a great dad on Jane The Virgin and if anyone can pull off being Shalom, it’s him.

Justina Machado as Magda Singer

I loved her as a mom on One Day At A Time and look at her, her whole look from her figure to that passive aggressive smile tha says “Oh you didn’t do your chores? No dinner for you, chico!” practically screams Magda.
