🇮🇹 Villa De Vecchi, meglio conosciuta nel mondo dell’esoterismo come la “Casa Rossa”, venne costruita a metà dell’800 dal conte Felice De Vecchi, a Bindo, frazione di Cortenova, nel cuore della Valsassina. La villa venne realizzata su di un parco di 130 mila metri quadri. Costo totale: 44.063 lire. L’edificio conta due piani e un seminterrato dedicato a cucina, più un terzo piano, mai realizzato, dove sarebbe dovuto essere allestito un osservatorio astronomico. La leggenda vorrebbe che un brutto giorno il conte, di ritorno da una passeggiata nei boschi, trovò la moglie orrendamente assassinata e la figlioletta scomparsa. Disperato, abbandonò subito la tenuta, che nel giro di poco tempo sarebbe diventato un luogo maledetto.
