ASMODEUS.
Asmodeus. Was. Pissed.
It was one thing for a human to try to harm him, since the attempts were usually wholly unsuccessful, but for someone to attempt to perform an exorcism on him? That was more than the man could tolerate. He had taken care of the human in question, so they wouldn’t be hindering him or his plans anymore, but the encounter had left him feeling weak in his vessel’s body and with a wave of anger that just wouldn’t go away. The human must have been a priest or something, since their spell had caused him to take a hit. There was no way that Asmodeus would be expelled from Matthew’s body, of course, the two had been together for far too long for that. But that spell certainly had left the demon breathless and quite weak.
Of course, he still had the energy to unleash hell on the things around him.
He was practically destroying everything in his sight, crushing an entire motorcycle that was parked in his way with a mere flick of his wrist with his magic. Breaking a couple windows in shops just for the hell of it, he continued down the street, heading into a seemingly un-populated street, with one singular car parked on it.
Oh, that poor car. Had it been any other day the demon would have likely appreciated the thing, but now it would be used to take out his anger. The owner of the van would certainly be in for a surprise when they returned. Hopefully they had insurance, since the car would be nearly nothing when Asmodeus was through with it.
He ran for the vehicle, immediately kicking one of the mirrors off with ease. A devilish smirk ran across his face at the action. It just felt so good to destroy sometimes, he thought to himself. Freely punching at the windows, uncaring of the shards of glass that cut through his vessel’s skin, he demolished the glass panels all around, occasionally kicking dents into the cars metal. There was blood dripping from his fingers, the glass having cut the hell out of his hands, but he didn’t care. Adrenaline was rushing through his veins, and he had no plans of stopping, even when the alarm of the van was blaring into the night (until he destroyed that too, of course.)
That is, until he felt arms pulling him away from the vehicle all of a sudden. At first he was shocked, not expecting anyone to be in such a deserted street at this time of night. He hadn’t expected to be caught, and just figured that the car’s owner would find it in the morning, demolished and broken. But no, some lowly fucking person had to come and ruin it all. After a moment, the demon tried to tear away from the stranger’s hold, turning around to see them.
They tried to grab onto him again, but the demon was having absolutely none of it. He caught their arm before they could, pushing them away with quite a bit of force. There was an angry fire burning in his eyes, and he was still breathing hard from his previous rein of destruction on the car. What the hell did this person think they were doing? What gave them the right to end his fun? Resisting the urge to step forward and end the stranger’s life right then and there, he stood back, fire in his gaze and spoke. “What the fuck do you want?” he hissed, malice clear in his tone.
Bulbasaur, or rather known as Baldric in this world, had been roaming around the city all day long. He was getting used to the move and had stop by the other Pokemon throughout the day to make sure that they were settling in quite nicely. Although they were all capable of defending themselves, that didn’t stop him from checking up on them. It was something that he used to do before, with the stray Pokemon, but now he did it with the team that he was in currently. Sometimes they didn’t even know that he was checking up on them. Being able to control the vines in the ground sort of gave him an advantage whenever he needed cover while lurking in the shadows. However after a long day of going around he just needed to relax, he needed some alone time.
That was what pushed him to go out for a bite to eat. Baldric stopped by a local pizzeria, supposedly one that was good, and ordered a vegetable size. He took it to go, along with his ginger ale, and ate it as he walked through the streets of the city. For the most part he was quiet and just looked at how everyone acted as they walked together and rushed to something they were late for. People were extremely funny, or at least Bulbasaur thought so. They seemed to be so focused on mundane things that it didn’t quite make sense to him. He was always a man that looked at the bigger picture anyway, it just so happened that most of the time that bigger picture was the safety of his friends.
As he walked he decided to take a route that wasn’t populated, or at least it didn’t seem to be populated. That was a good way to go back home because he wouldn’t have been so bothered, or so he thought. Finishing his slice of pizza he took the last few sips of his drink and threw it out in a nearby trash can. While wiping his hands clean, he heard a rather large noise, or rather a couple of them, coming from further down the street. He thought that this place was deserted, but he must have assumed wrong. He decided to go check it out, hopefully it was nothing big.
When Baldric finally got to the parked car he noticed that another male seemed to be causing havoc on the car along with the empty streets. With a puzzled look on his face he started to slowly walk towards the other. He didn’t know what it was that made the other so angry, but he definitely had a lot of anger pent up that he was getting out currently. Bulbasaur didn’t care however, because that must have not been his car. This wasn’t right no matter how someone looked at it. He had to put a stop to it and he had to act fast.
Rushing over to the car, and to the man, he placed his hand on the other’s shoulder to catch his attention. He moved his hand down to grab onto the other’s arm and pulled him back slightly, away from the car. Baldric was surprised when the shorter male tore apart from him, he was even more surprised when he was pushed back. Being 6′5 and rather strong, aside from being able to control vines, he was surprised at how someone smaller than him managed to push him with so much force. He wasn’t up against any normal mortal, he knew that now.
Now the destroyer wasn’t the only one who was angry. Baldric had no time to worry about someone who was too caught up in his petty problems that he was wrecking everything around him. “Okay you know what, I don’t care who you are and what the hell is your problem right now, but I need you to stop.” That was what he wanted, it was clear and simple. He pushed the man rather harshly towards the car before looking down at him. “Now what the hell is it going to get you to stop? Because you can’t keep walking around like you own the place.”
