Tulsa, Oklahoma.  It had been two months since India disappeared without warning; not even a note to inform her friends she’d return soon enough. Nevertheless, she was back now, and clearly nothing had changed during her absence. It was the same, monotonous town she had once hated -- yet for some obscure reason, she felt almost.. glad to be back.              “There’s no place like home,” she grumbled.    India climbed out her prized corvette with ease, being careful not to accidentally hitch up her skirt. The Oklahoma heat hit her instantly, without the protective blacked-out windows of her car to shield her from the blaring sun she was left to fight the overwhelming temperatures herself.     The Dingo was especially empty when she arrived, perhaps because most of Tulsa’s inhabitants were preoccupied with school or work. India took a seat in one of the window booths, where she had a full view of the town. Before placing her order, she lethargically fanned the menu at her face, hoping it might grant some brief respite from the warmth.

I’m seventeen going on five.

I’m a pretty uninteresting person in my opinion so there isn't much I could tell you about myself.

I don’t really like reaching out to other roleplayers because it makes me really anxious. Seriously I look at everyone’s writing and I freak out because there is so many amazing writers on here.

EXPERIENCE

How’d You Start: I was obsessed with The Outsiders back in 2012 and while I was on the tag I saw a link for a Chatzy roleplay. I made a few close friends from there and we roleplayed a lot but it was never really serious. (Ponyboy cheated on my character a million times with literally every other character and we also had a baby called Ice Cream that ran away to Mexico, so..)

Platforms You’ve Used: Chatzy, Kik and of course Tumblr.

Worst Experience: I haven’t had any real bad experiences except with a few annoying people from The Outsiders fandom.

Best Experience: Meeting online friends that I wish I still talked to as much as I did two years ago.

MUSE PREFERENCES

Original or Canon: We don't have a preference. Original characters do have to have a bio though, so we know who we are working with.

Favorite Face: India has a thing for the Teen Wolf and Vampire Diaries cast, male or female. Mun and muse have many other favourites, for example Chase Crawford and Nolan Funk.

Least Favorite Face: India is tired of seeing Justin Bieber, One Direction, Kendall Jenner etc. and mun agrees.

Multi or Single: Multi-ship.

WRITING PREFERENCES

Plots or Memes: Either really, but I find it hard to plot because only ever come up with lame ideas.

Best Time to Write: Night time - and by that I mean like 3am.

Do You Like Your Muse(s): Right now India is my only muse and I do like her but in all honesty I think if I was to meet her in real life it would end up in a fight. She’s a total bitch.

Female or Male: I prefer roleplaying as a female mainly because I don’t have much experience roleplaying as a male character. I’d like to create a male muse in the future, though.

Fluff, Angst or Smut: Fluff or angst. I don’t roleplay smut because I’m far too childish for it in my opinion.

  For a day expected to be filled with such agonizing sadness, it was implacably sunny in New York. Three hundred guests mourned the death softly, only the quiet weeping of those closest to the male was audible.

  There were people there who knew him personally, but mostly people who didn’t. This bothered India. What had they done to deserve an invitation to an event so intimate? It certainly didn’t seem beneath these individuals to exploit a funeral. After all, some of the most successful socialites in the entire city had arrived to pay their respects. If you were looking to make contacts in the upper class world, this was the opportunity of a lifetime.

  The exact details of what happened to the man had been drowned out by rumors and speculation. It was almost amusing how quick people were to twist the truth. However, unlike the ludicrous stories being whispered among the crowd, the truth was simple. A heart attack.

  The funeral service went by as a blur. Somehow India managed to reveal not even a hint of emotion throughout the entire ceremony. Instead she ignored all condolences, muted the eulogies and tried desperately to simply accept the circumstances and move on.

  With damp eyes, each griever solemnly tiptoed towards the elegantly crafted coffin. He was dressed in black. His favorite suit. Beside him lay a scrapbook, filled to the brim with happy memories. The redhead wondered how many of those included her.

  As the service finally concluded, the pallbearers carried the coffin into the sunlight. Soon after, everyone else followed, leaving only India in the church. Finally, a single tear rolled down her perfectly painted face. The look in her exhausted eyes was enough to break anyone’s heart.

  She cried soundlessly, the type of cry only ever witnessed at funerals. The tears weren't alive, but lifeless — just like her father.
